#RHONJ Melissa Gorga List Home For Sale – Again!

Back on the market!

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga has relisted her New Jersey mansion for $3.5million after pulling it off the market in 2013.

The reality star and her husband Joe Gorga, officially put their 9,000-square-foot Montville mansion on the market on Monday.

“My family and I have so many amazing memories in this house; Joe and I built and designed it from the ground up,” Melissa Gorga said in a statement. “However, we decided it was time for a change and we’re excited to see where life brings us next.”

The couple purchased the home in 2007 for $950,000, per property records, but announced they would be leaving for Franklin Lakes and rent out the home in 2012. Shortly after, they got tangled in a nasty legal battle with the tenant, who argued he would not pay rent because Joe had failed to make promised repairs.

The family then moved back into the Montville home, and put the ‘dream home’ they had built in Franklin Lakes up for sale, before ever having lived in it. In October 2016, the Gorga’s realtor claimed the Franklin Lakes property had sold but property records indicate that the home remains under ownership of the Gorga’s.

I call B.S.! They moved to a rental, closely after Teresa went to prison and Joe was sentenced..hmm. So many careers, sooo many frauds, who can keep count which one leads to the next.

    • I was watching one of her random ads for 310 shakes and someone asked her if they still had the recording studio. She said yes, but it’s dusty and the kids don’t even really play in there. Such a waste!

      • wellWellwell

Oh yeah, her sil Tre told her, in so many ways, she looked like a fool so now it’s hush hush, sweep it under the rug. What an azz kissing clown.

  • Marsbars09

The Gorgas’ are really hurting for cash. I don’t think the mansion is worth that much money.
I remember when they first tried selling the house it was revealed the house had all kinds of problems which included an actual beaver living under the home.

    • Minx

Yes, the Beaver! Can you imagine?
The Beavers were probably trying to upgrade the house..
They are natural Builders unlike Joe Gorga..

      • Karma

        Hahaha LMAO ITA

  • Minx

Didn’t they try to sell this Monster and sinks were faux marble and the house was tacky? Years ago?
Good luck trying to, sell it now..
    It’s a buyers market..

    • FakeRealityTV

      I can’t speak for Joizy, but everywhere else it’s a seller’s market;

    • Karma

I can’t believe they’re asking 3million gir that pile of shit almost anything in it is fake and or broken

      • Minx

Whomever buys this tacky grotesque McMansion would need another 3 Million to gut it and fix everything that is wrong..

        • Karma

EXACTLY i bet if it won’t sell the grogross Mel & freddo will come up with some BS like thats where they started their family blah blah blah

  • the underground train

So did they have an open house and put it 🎵on display, on display 🎵?

    • Minx

      🎤Sing it!
      😸😹

    • Karma

LMAO that would send people running ftom the house it hurt my ears when she thought she could sing maybe i should sue her for noise pollution😜😜😜

  • So the beavers are back, eh?

  • anonymous

So why didn’t they move into the house they had built? The new one that Melissa was bragging about

  • bpnc

Remember when that horrible realtor showed the house a few years ago? That was so embarrassing to watch. That home is beautiful from the outside but underneath it all is nothing but a cheap pile of rotting crap. Symbolic?

    • the underground train

I remember her saying what else is fake in this house and Bravo pans to Melissa looking at herself in the mirror.

      • bpnc

Melissa better pray that episode doesn’t air again. I would beg beg beg on my hands and knees to the powers that be at bravo bury that display.

        • FakeRealityTV

If they willing to keep running the notorious episode of Teresa on a spending frenzy furnishing her new digs (with a 3 inch thick wad of ill-gotten cash), they’ll air anything.

      • Minx

        IKR?!

    • Karma

Yep i remember thats why the guy the guy they rented it to refused to pay rent he could even shower the pipes were broken and a whole lot of other issues he had with the house broken sink i wish i could remember all the faults he listed in his court doc.

      • mrsjennyk78

The family of beavers in the basement probs didn’t help either

        • Karma

No that didn’t help at all, but i tthink they also moved out coz the house was that shitty lol😉😁

    • Minx

Yes, I remember.. Didn’t a sink collapse or a bunch and a bunch fixtures broke, or fell off.. It was a long time ago..
I felt so, bad for the Realtor!

  • Elizabeth Fisher

I’m very confused. I didn’t think they built that “dream home.” I remember the whole scenario of them “breaking ground,” (and of course the architecture plans) but for the life of me I don’t remember that house ever being completed.

    • the underground train

Same here. All I remember is land with architecture plans designed by the Jonah brother.

      • Elizabeth Fisher

Right… and they were living in a rental while they rented out Beaver Mansion and “built the dream home.” I wonder if they sold the land and someone else finished the build.

      • kikid26

Wasn’t the Jonas bro on Kathy’s house? I just remember Gorga’s traipsing around a vacant grassy swamp while Missy was wearing her tacky heels. No construction had even begun. But then again I haven’t watched in a few seasons.

        • Karma

Hi kiki your right Joe Jonas did build or help build the Wakilies home but at least its built and they’ve moved into it I’m assuming only because I haven’t read or heard otherwise

    • Karma

Yeah I’m just as confused as you Elizabeth 😞😞

    • Elizabeth Fisher

      Thanks!!!!

  • Sorry folks, park’s closed.

So heres the deal, they start building yet another POS house. They get several hundred thousand away from realizing they can’t afford this one PLUS afford all of the repairs that would be needed to sell the first POS glorified trailer. Because their plan was to bank (rip-off) on their tenant and use them to lease/purchase the home. Little did they know this person would become wise and have to balls to (gasp) actually take the Gorgas to court! The nerve! You mean Melissa Gorga isn’t the perfect Jersey sloot she portrays on TV? Whaaat? I feel cheated!
So now, the Gorgas are left justa’ scramblin’ to come up with a story. “We had so many memories at this house. We decided to stay here a little longer. This is where we conceived our children. Blahbitty, blah, blah, blah.” Shut up. Melissa, you would be on to the next millionaire if he’d have you. If you had an offer on that house you’d be gone in a second. You don’t fool us!
