Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband Jason Hoppy’s stalking charges will be front and center on tonight’s all new-episode of The Real Housewives of New York.

The story breaks while the ladies are in Vermont for a girls getaway. Bethenny’s puppet bestie Carole Radziwill, reads the news report from her phone, “Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband has been arrested for stalking,” while Dorinda Medley gasps loudly in shock over the stalking headline.

Hoppy, 46, was arrested on Jan. 27 after Bethenny claimed he threatened her after showing up at their 6-year-old daughter Bryn’s school. Allegedly, Hoppy approached Frankel and tried to provoke a fight. Frankel alleged Hoppy had sent her numerous emails and FaceTime calls numbering in the hundreds after a cease and desist letter was sent on Nov. 22, 2016.

Hoppy was charged with one count of harassment in the second degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count of stalking in the fourth degree

Frankel and Hoppy had their drawn-out divorce finalized in July 2016 nearly four years after they separated in December 2012.

The Real Housewives of New York airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
