EXCLUSIVE: #RHOA Kenya Moore Selling Atlanta House (Moore Manor) Amid Marriage Announcement — Find Out Her List of Demands!

Posted on Jun 27 2017 - 1:33pm by BeachSpin

Kenya Moore is off the market — but a rumor is circulating that the Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty is looking to do the opposite with her Atlanta home.

Kenya supposedly wants to sell Moore Manor, the decision coinciding with her surprise marriage to Marc Daly. Kenya has allegedly contacted two Atlanta agents, offering them the listing, but has a few demands. Kenya is purportedly requiring that Moore Manor remain unlisted — no internet advertising or open houses allowed. Kenya is also requiring a cash-only buyer, and a quick close.

Kenya Moore’s Atlanta house (Moore Manor)

One agent has supposedly shot down her offer, likely due to the exclusive agency condition. This means that the agent would have to sell the house alone, and if Kenya was able to secure a buyer first, the agent banks zero. Most agencies dodge such listings, because it points to a highly motivated seller, who is market savvy and willing to work hard to nail the sale.

Kenya’s cash-only requirement points to her desire for a swift process, and to exclude buyers who have to secure a bank loan.

The story alleges that Kenya’s identity was discovered amid questions asking why there were so many demands surrounding the potential listing. The agent stated that the client was high-profile, and starting a new chapter in her life. The property address was googled, and it was discovered to be Moore Manor.

In 2015, the former Miss USA paid $515,000 for the 7,200 fixer-upper; and took one year to completely transform the Sandy Springs property into the modern dream home that viewers see on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Check out photos of the interior below.

Will Kenya be twirling out of her deluxe labor of love, and into a nest with her new hubby?

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is currently filming.

I really love that house. Especially her bedroom with those big windows surrounded by trees.

    • Bobbi

I love it too. Kenya’s home has been featured in at least two upscale home/lifestyle magazines and on a TV home show as well. She has great taste and practically redesigned that entire home by herself. She has spoken about interior design possibly being another career option. I think she should go for it.

      • Bad Barbie

It looks very nice and sleek. I’d take it any day over the other homes of the other wives. It sure doesn’t look like the gaudy mess of the NJ’s homes. Even Kandi has a ugly home.

        • Bobbi

I agree, hands down. Yes @ Kandi’s home. It hurts my eyes to look at it.

          • GetReal2014

Ooh, I don’t know whose house is more of an eyesore, Kandi’s or Phaedra’s. Did you see all of those strange looking knickknacks? Phaedra has no taste in anything, her home, her clothes, her hair, her makeup, she’s the definition of a southern bama, not a southern belle. She lacks class and sophistication.

          • Bobbi

Girl, Phaedra’s home looks like a yard sale on the inside – A mishmosh of a hundred different themes….. it’s like she brings and displays everything from every home she has ever owned and rented since she was 20. AWFUL taste. Exactly. In EVERYTHING.

          • GetReal2014

I thought the same thing. There is no continuity, theme or anything. It’s just like a bunch of knickknacks everywhere and nothing goes together. She does have awful taste, her clothes, her makeup, her hair. Everything.

          • Bobbi

Yeah, she and Kandi definitely win for worse home interior. Come to think of it they both have funky style all around. Lol

          • GetReal2014

Without a doubt. Those plastic fluorescent chairs in her office have to be the worst. Those things are horrible. And her living room. You’re right, neither one of them have any taste.

      • delaney

Which 2 upscale home/lifestyle magazines and what tv home show?

      • GetReal2014

I think so too. Impeccable taste.

    • Apple

ITA…I love this house. Sometimes I wonder if Kenya isn’t playing a part on RHOA….last year her tagline was “I give the people what they want… and they always want Moore”. Maybe she acts bitchy and mean because she knows it will almost guarantee her a spot every season. I have noticed she is always there for her cast members when they are down. She is probably reaching out to Phaedra right now.

      • shayvoe

Your last sentence cracked me up. …funny!!

      • Hotep2you

Guess her toxic ratchet behavior on CA and the food network’s worst cooks (something or another) were just an act as well?
        Bwaaahahaha! !!
        I don’t think so…
No woman who is saturated with class…one who possess unmatched intellectual prowess…is the World renowed actress, writer, and producer that SHE professes herself to be, would have far too many other options and opportunities that are not “beneath her,” as RHOA and her castmates are. No?
Please folk had betta do their research on Kenya Moorelies life and circumstances the months before she schemed her way on RHOA. From her debt ridden and lawsuit laden Production Company in LA…that was NOT operational when she landed in Atlanta, to her first and only purchased home in LA, that she was forced to sell as a short sale.
        She desperately needed RHOA.
        #trustnbelievethat

        • shayvoe

Finally…somone who knows the truth about this trick. She’s a freaking con artist.

        • BetteDavisEyez1

Tell it, Hotep2you. That crab barely had two pennies to rub together when she moved to ATL.
I mean after she got evicted from that home she lied about purchasing, did you see the roach motel she moved into?!? SMDH

      • justanothermary

LOLOLOLOL We’ve seen Kenya act and she’s not that good at it. She acts bitchy because she’s a bitch.

        • BetteDavisEyez1

That is why after 20 yrs in Hollywood, her career never amounted to much.

  • shayvoe

Yippee!! Does this mean she is moving to NY and will be quitting RHOA??? One can only hope!

    • ALegWithWings

Even if she moves I bet she will come back for filming. Unfortunately, I can’t see Kenya ever quitting. Getting fired, definitely, but not quitting.

      • shayvoe

Please WIngs, don’t burst my bubble. Let me dream for just a while longer 😉

      • BetteDavisEyez1

That thristy fame whore will have to be dragged off kicking & screaming.

      • charma

I see it the other way around. Quitting, definitely not getting fired. She is the show. Viewers love to talk about her.

        • GetReal2014

All the time. Can’t get enough it seems.

  • motherall

She probably can’t afford that monstrosity but still, I hope she leaves Atlanta and takes her attitude and bullying mouth away.

    • Lavoris McNeil

The house is completely paid for.

    • Rochelle013

She paid cash for it plus, used her own monies to fix it up.

      • shayvoe

        And free labor from Matt.

        • Rochelle013

          So he says.

          • aemish

We did all see him sporting a toolbelt over there on a coupla episodes..

          • shayvoe

She said he was helping with the house too.

          • Rochelle013

She also said she asked him to change lights, advice on fixtures etc. NOT construction as he was saying, she had paid people for that. But, who knows. LOL

          • GetReal2014

LOL, you could’ve stopped at “Matt said…” Who cares what a lunatic says? Matt’s azz was not worthy so he got the boot. He’s still licking his wounds and professing his love at the same time. He’s the last person I would be repping.

          • Rochelle013

            BOOM!

          • GetReal2014

I know. This guy is mental. Why would I listen to him? His behavior speaks for itself. SMDH. All of those fragmented IG posts should let people know who he is. Who would give credence to his dumb azz?

        • aemish

          LOL!

      • GetReal2014

And bought and flipped three houses in the interim since she came to ATL. The girl knows what she’s doing. Killing it!

        • Rochelle013

          Right??

          • GetReal2014

She’s just smart. That’s what’s killing them. Running circles around those low-lifes and they can’t compete, ergo, the hate.

  • charma

I truly hopes she leaves. She’s better than that show, a bunch of uneducated, unsophisticated, well, lack of a better word, bamas. She’s really too cosmopolitan, too progressive for this group. She needs to quit and go be with her rich, handsome hubby.
They won’t have a thing to talk about anymore. Her haters talk about her more than her fans, see exhibit a…lol

    • shayvoe

      What is a bama?

      • charma

        see urban dictionary

        • shayvoe

She has acted the most ratchet, and made the biggest ass of herself on that show. Cynthia is from Bama and that title clearly doesn’t fit her. She is the most cosmopolitan and sophisticated on the show

      • aemish

        It’s a racial slur.. smh

        • Bad Barbie

No it’s not. Not racial but more demographically tied.

          • justanothermary

But it is a slur of some sort?

          • aemish

I’ve never heard of it, but it seems like it to me *shrug

          • shayvoe

Yes…it’s a slur directed at AA southerners.

          • Hotep2you

            Absolutely Correct

          • brendah

It’s directed to anyone not just southerners. I know because I’m from DC.

          • charma

Term has nothing to do with race. I thought you didn’t know what it meant anyway. Didn’t you just ask me upthread what it meant? But now you’re giving a definition of it. Which is it? You asked me because you didn’t know what it meant or you knew and pretended like you didn’t know?

          • shayvoe

Your reply to me was “google it”. I did, and the definition from the urban dictionary is what I copied and pasted. It has everything to do with race, specifically southern African Americans. It’s a slur against both AA and southerners…so good job, you killed two birds with one stone, managing to disparage an entire region of the country, and AA who live there.

          • Bobbi

            Smdh, lol

          • chacha1

you are right BB it means a person lacking style not a racial slur at all

      • penny 2

can’t dress well or fashion misfit. Originated by Washington DC black youths per urban dictionary.

        • shayvoe

          And this:
Originally, a Bama was a southerner (from Alabama, for instance) trying to blend in up north, but was so obviously country that it didn’t work. Now it’s more general and just means something funny-looking, unsophisticated or country as hell.

      • chacha1

a “bama” is a person lacking style

    • Bobbi

Truth. She is definitely better than this show and I am sure Marc is encouraging her to step away. I’ve been hoping she would chuck that peach for a while now so I hope that is her plan. She should really try and pitch a show to another network for and her husband. I’m sure she still wants a platform to build her businesses and she doesn’t need to be a reality HW to do that.

      • Daisy

You mean the Kenya that stole Vivica’s phone on CApprentice..who paid for fake boyfriends, flirted w/married men? Oh yes, she is the queen of class and much too good for these people..gtfo.

        • BetteDavisEyez1

Yup!! That’s the one. The crab that threatened to knock a pregnant woman’s teeth out. The one that showed up for a reunion with a scepter & stolen megaphone.
The one that constantly lied about being in relationships & flirted with a married man.

          • shayvoe

The one who went to a charity event with her bare ass hanging out, with pads on her butt cheeks…that classy, sophisticated, educated cosmopolitan woman?

          • BetteDavisEyez1

The one that talks about dicks in mouths & calls men gay as a slur.

          • shayvoe

And the one who banged a guy in his truck…so classy!

          • BetteDavisEyez1

I said the same thing. Banged a guy she claimed to be afraid of, while she was already seeing her now husband. So very sophisticated.

          • BetteDavisEyez1

It is so ridiculous to complain about us bringing up what Dust Mop has done but turn around & continue to bring up what Phaedra did in HS & what Porsha & Nene did years before they were ever on the show.
Bravo, Animal Planet, please… any channel, just give this seahag her own show. So we don’t have to look at her Raisin Face or hear her fake laugh ever again.
Posting would be more fun as well, without all of the whining.

          • shayvoe

Just to not have to hear that cackle anymore, and that shrill piercing voice would be heaven…and my ears would be ever so thankful!

          • BetteDavisEyez1

So true. No more twirling, lying or fake ass laughing at her own lame reads.👊🏼

          • BetteDavisEyez1

People kill me with this unproven allegations BS. When was it proven that Phaedra was the mastermind behind Alpo’s crimes?!?
When were the allegations about Porsha’s sex life proven?!? Never, but that’s okay. Just don’t say anything about Dust Mop. LMAO!!

          • Hotep2you

            Yes, that was her too!

          • Hotep2you

            Yep, that’s THE ONE!

          • BetteDavisEyez1

            Thank you. LMAO!!

        • Bobbi

Chile bye with those old, unproven accusations.

          • The Champ

Guuuuurl, you would think these accusations were proven to be criminal, “she lied on herself”, “she threatened a pregnant woman, who called her all kinds of whores, etc.” As if………….😏

          • Bobbi

            Ha! Couldn’t get more comical.
Meanwhile, the rugrats have broken every ethical, moral rule including the law since those stale allegations were first recited from the Lying Chronicles. Lmao.
How far back will they go next- band camp? Lmao

          • The Champ

You know it. How about the fact that Creonta no longer has a contract and Knucklehead has remained the lowest paid, since her debut on the show. That there, tells me ALL I need to know about those laughing hyenas.

          • Bobbi

Hahahaha. Doing absolutely nothing except marinating in their own funk. Those two have the worse reps than any HW across the board. Hail yeah, Kenya is too good for those thieving, lying, slandering reprobates whose antics and vileness stink up the entire show. Gtfoh talking about some phones.

          • The Champ

Girl, ppl will say anything to try and make Kenya look bad. Truth of the matter is, nothing she has done in rhoa history, has warranted her to lose her job or settle for reduced pay. No comparison…….just chit- chatter.

          • Bobbi

Exactly. And not just on the show…..Kenya has never done anything to go to jail, make a friend angry enough to threaten her with a bomb, or make someone write a scathing book about her…..these women are famous for their cruelness and nasty reps. They are as different as night and day.

          • The Champ

You better preach the gospel truth. Nothing anyone can say will change that fact. Her resume speaks for itself, the rest is made up nonsense. All the bull sh*t F&F has threw at this woman has come back to them, two-fold. The laws of the universe say, you reap, what you sow. Poorsha’s knucklehead azz didn’t apologize to Kenya bcuz it was the right thing to do, she did it to keep her peach. While she rolled on Creonta and thought she would walk away unscathed. Karma knows no expiration date, she will learn the hard way.

          • Bobbi

All truth and all that needs to be said regarding those two dirty birds.

          • GetReal2014

Filthy birds. Dirty is too good for them.

          • Bobbi

True. All these filthy birds are getting served their just desserts.

          • GetReal2014

They sure are and it’s well overdue.

          • Bobbi

And the proof they are filthy is they are drowning in it. Their own filth. Right before our very eyes.

          • GetReal2014

They sure are, but that’s what happens when you put all of your energy into others. Just think what they could do if they put all of that energy into their own lives. That’s the tragedy of it all.

          • GetReal2014

Oh yeah, Horse Head is going to get hers, and it will be publicly too. I can’t wait.

          • The Champ

Yeah, she’ll get hers, it should be interesting watching her kiss Kim’s azz for camera time. Wonder if Sherain’t cares enough to tell Poorsha how wrong and f’ed up she is? Probably not, she played a role in it too. Kandi may be a business savvy woman, but when it comes to choosing friends, she’s seems lost. I remember when Kandi used to talk bad about Kenya and mock her along with the others. I guess she found out how they get down in the A too, courtesy of F&F. Joke’s on you boo, NEXT……. 😁😁

          • GetReal2014

I can’t wait. Her reputation is already trashed. Now for that last nail.

Isn’t that a joke? Trying to team up with someone as slimy as herself. That right there lets you know who she is. If she thinks Kim Z. cares about her dumb azz she’s a bigger fool than I thought. And you know Sherain’t is going to go with Kim. She’s going to break that friendship up in a heartbeat, and Nene too. Porsha’s azz is toast.

Yep, @ Kandi. She got what she deserved. She knew what kind of people they were and she chose to go along with them, when she knew they were wrong. So to hail with Kandi too. Next time learn to choose your friends better or ask for help, dumbass.

Horse Head’s time is on the horizon. It’ll be long overdue.

          • GetReal2014

You know she will with her dumb azz. Sheree doesn’t care. She’s not about to let Porsha get tight with Kim, and neither will Nene. Both of them are too busy kissing Kim’s azz. There’s not enough room for all three of them.

          • The Champ

Sherain’t stays cooning for KimZ’s azz, she ain’t no better or worse than Sweetie imo. They act like KimZ is the 2nd coming of Christ 😀😀 It’s so embarrassing to watch black women act in such ways, but they hate in one another, senseless. I’m sure Kandi and Poorsha will join the azz kissing too. They respect her more than they do each other, go figure.

          • GetReal2014

Girl, they stay cooning. What they see in her is baffling. They act like she’s the chit with her trashy azz. I don’t get it. All of them will be kissing her azz like you said…except Kenya. That’s why Duck Lips is mad. Her plan was to get Kenya to fall for her agenda and Kenya pimp slapped that Solo cup drinking wino.

WTH does Kenya look like admiring a piece of trash like that? Any mother who solicits her young daughter for a BJ on SM is pure gutter trash. And people were jumping in glee at her return? After she treated the entire cast like they were trash? F’ing unbelievable. I’m glad that I don’t understand.

          • The Champ

Girl, i believe it, ppl don’t stand for nothing, unless it directly affects them. They don’t see how KimZ disrespected all of them. Even with the Sweetie situation, I think Nene was the most vocal, nobody really backed her up. Mostly bcuz they don’t give a sh*t, in their minds it wasn’t about them, WRONG. Her daughter is a hot azz mess following in her mother’s foot steps. When she said the B.S. about Kenya’s wedding, it was all fair game after that. I’m gonna roast the sh*t out of her, her mama and her slow lookin azz step daddy. It’s on, especially if Kenya comes back.

          • GetReal2014

I agree. You have to stand for right no matter who it’s against. Kandi should’ve learned that the hard way, but it seems that she still didn’t get the memo. She stood with them on the BS they did against Kenya, and then they turned on her, for no reason.

She needs to take lessons from Dorinda. Dorinda never gets involved in the gang ups. She takes the side of right. That’s why she’s gangsta.

But, that apathetic, “It didn’t happen to me,” is BS. If you participate, directly or indirectly you’re just as guilty, so when the gauntlet comes down, don’t say “I didn’t do it.” Technically no, but you aided and abetted it so your hands aren’t clean either. But, if she was running up to kiss Kim’s trashy azz, then there’s no hope for her, and she’s done in my book. I didn’t even watch the episode when Duck Lips came back because I didn’t want to see them kissing her unworthy behind.

That’s true. Nene wasn’t having it and no, no one backed her up either.

Oh gosh, poor Brielle. She has no idea where she’s headed. Of course, how could she? Kim has alienated any family members that could’ve possibly helped her, and Kroy’s slow azz. Yuck.

I’m roasting those two ducks too. They deserve it.

          • The Champ

That’s why I don’t really fool with Kandi, I give her props when it’s due, but she don’t stand for sh*t. She’s too wishy washy for my taste. Now Kenya, she’s always with who’s right and she’ll tell you when you’re wrong. Those are the kinds of ppl I want around me, open and honest. KimZ walked up in Sherain’ts house, looked at Kandi and glided right on by without saying a word. Kandi addressed her first, KimZ had no intentions on speaking to Kandi. Roll the tape 😀 I don’t know much about Dorinda, I’ve heard her name b4. She sounds like my type of girl, I don’t do riff raff. F&F did a number on Kandi’s azz. They had her crying and ready to punch a hoe in the throat. Way to go Kandi, you know how to pick’em 😂😂

          • GetReal2014

Me either, Champ. I tried to like Kandi, but I could never get around her choice in friends. You are who you hang around with, and to see them trying to destroy others for sport and not intervening was always too much for me.

If I was friends with someone like Creonta, I would seriously check myself. But to go along with, and stay silent, knowing people’s reputations are at stake? No, I can’t see it.

I wasn’t paying Dorinda too much attention either, but I noticed that she’s not down with the gang up, and when she gets mad it’s off the chain. She called Sonja an @sswipe, and I almost died.

That’s how Kenya is too. She has never been a part of trying to take anyone down no matter how many times they’ve tried to destroy her. She knows where her blessings come from and it’s not that cast. You have to keep your eye on the prize.

I saw people talking about the show and I deleted it from my DVD. That would’ve ticked me off to see them kissing her behind after the way she treated them. I’m so glad I missed it.

Yeah, and although Kandi had the power and the arsenal she allowed them to punk her…for a while. Gon’ Kandi and sit down somewhere. It’ll be interesting to see what happens if Shamea comes on the show and aligns with Porsha. Kandi may have some more hurt in her future.

Now, it’s easy to see what Don Juan, Carmen and MJ try to protect her. The girl ain’t got it.

          • The Champ

Kandi gets a mean side eye from me 😒😒Even when she was friends with F&F, she cosigned the dirty sh*t they did. Just like when Apollo went to jail, she distanced herself from the situation and acted like she didn’t know what was happening. She knew d@mn well about her bff on the shows husband’s illegal activities. It was all good until the FEDS hit. Both her and Creonta knew about Apollo. That whole situation was messy. Kenya and Cyn held Kandi down the entire season, along with Todd and Peter. Let’s see if or who she has any loyalty to. She’s the type of chick that will turn her back and act like she never knew you. Her only loyalty is to her family, Kenya probably knows that by now. If Shamea comes back on the scene, Kandi will get embarrassed by her crew once again. Shamea’s ding bat azz will probably try and convince Kandi that Poorsha is a “good friend” and person. Yeah right…….. the same chick that turned on Shamea in order to protect her alliance on “the show”. GTHOH, I wish I would believe that bull sh*t. Poorsha’s azz wouldn’t have no words for me, cuz I ain’t trynna hear that sh*t.

          • GetReal2014

Great points about Kandi’s disloyalty. I never thought about it that way, but you’re right. Kandi’s good until it affects her. Of course she knew about Apollo and Creonta’s illegal activities but she stayed mum and acted like everything was cool, just like you said.

You’re right about her loyalty to her family only. Hopefully Kenya knows that and doesn’t put her eggs in that basket.

Yep, if Shamea comes back Kandi will probably be on the outs again, and then she’ll run to Kenya if she isn’t scrambling to get up in Kim Z.’s behind again.

It’s a possibility that she’ll allow Porsha back in, but if she does she’s one of the biggest fools God ever made. You have to check the people you hang around with; watch what they do not only with you, but with others, because eventually that BS will end up on your doorstep.

Neither would I. Porsha’s azz would be history. That is a no brainer.

          • The Champ

Kandi has a good heart, but she appeases to others. She seems to desperately want others approval and friendship. She can be too nice, to an extent. It’s like she has more loyalty to folks who treat her bad, than the ones who genuinely care for her. No way should these group of women on the not have built any sisterhood. They have all been in each other’s lives for years and the only real friendship is between Kenya and Cyn, with Kenya being the most loyal. How his that so GetReal? Me, you and Bobbi bonded a sisterhood and understanding over a few years on a blog. These women can’t even keep the peace amongst the group. That’s how you know, there was NO real friendships to begin with. Creonta, Poorsha and Sherain’ts azz, yes Sherain’t. They were all considered Kandi s friend at one point in time, but they dragged her and her husband’s name through the mud for a SL. So much for friends, wow 😯😯

          • GetReal2014

Couldn’t stop nodding my head as I read this post. Everything you said is true. But, even in real life you find people who are like that. They don’t concern themselves as much with people who accept them, but they seem to enjoy the challenge of getting someone incapable of reciprocation to like them too. The ones who like and accept them, they take for granted.

It’s weird, but I see it all the time. Kandi is good at that. She wants Kim Z’s approval, and she wanted Porsha and Phaedra’s approval. It’s a no win situation because she’ll never get it. But those who accept her like Kenya and Cynthia aren’t of much interest to her.

The problem is that Kandi being a freak has more in common with the more seedier personalities although she has the characteristics of the others. So, I guess that creates a problem for her.

You can’t build sisterhoods with jealous, petty people. They’re always trying to one up you. Who you choose to align yourself with is a very important decision.

We have shared interests and upbringing. That’s our commonality. We were taught to treat others the way we want to be treated and to take responsibility for our actions. Everyone doesn’t get that. Can you see MJ teaching Kandi anything other than get someone before they get you? That’s a negative mindset. And if someone comes after you go for the jugular? Like in that situation with Block, my mother would’ve never interfered and encouraged me to not allow a father to see his child because of child support, or any other reason. She would’ve told me that it was the bed that I had made and the child was his too, Whether things worked out with us or not.

You can tell by the way that they operate what kind of parents they had. That’s why they are the way that they are.

They’ll never be friends to anyone. It’s all about opportunity and we see that happening every season. Then when the chit hits the fan all of them run to Kenya, but Kenya has a strong family base, sans her mother. That’s why she treats others kindly even when they don’t reciprocate. We see that with her interactions with her father and Aunt Lori. You never see them talking bad about the other preson, but always advise her to take the high road.

            That’s the difference.

          • The Champ

Yes GetReal, you always come through on these posts. Kenya does have a strong foundation. Her father and Aunt Lori have no problem letting her know when she’s wrong either. I’ve never seen any of the others parents giving them any constructive criticism or words of wisdom. They usually cosign their bullsh*t and blame others. Mama Joyce showed Kandi how hard work pays off. Her work ethic is admirable. She didn’t teach her the fundamentals of self love. You can tell Kandi has low self esteem, by the way she lets ppl treat her, including her mother. My mom always says, we teach ppl how to treat us. Meaning, ppl will only treat you how you let them. After a while ppl will lose respect for you and treat you accordingly. I really think Todd is the answer to Kandi’s problems. He will lead by example, show her how to be stronger and regain control. I’m glad he held her down against F&F. His presence was much needed, there’s hope for Mrs.Tucker. Time tell.

          • Thank you!!!!! I’m so glad you posted this. I’ve seen Kandi shade Kenya many times in the latest season when Kenya was only supportive of Kandi whenever anyone came for her.

          • The Champ

Hey Seuss, you’re absolutely right. Kenya has always been loyal to those who deserve it. But Kandi always shades Kenya by making statements like we work together and not wanting to associate herself with her, you’ve noticed it too? Remember how she laughed at Kenya when Poorsha assaulted her? Her words were, I guess she knows how we get down in the A. Really Kandi?, you found that out the hard way, her so called friends from the A, dragged her down too. That’s true Karma for ya. 😉

          • GetReal2014

Or stripped, or accused someone of raping and drugging, lied about sexual acts, choked a cast member, or anything. On another note, what has she done? And to who? And don’t say Phaedra who lied her fat azz off on show after show about some nonexistent texts. I would’ve punched that heifer too, in the face so as not to hurt the baby, but that lying bich would’ve gotten her some.

          • Bobbi

Yes ma’am. And all the shoddy businesses they run, subpar services they offer which are known for unethical practices and F ratings -scamming people out of their money.
Kenya never threatened that snaggletooth blow toad until she threatened to wrap the scepter around Kenya’s neck but of course that will forever be forgotten. What kind of pregnant women invites another person to a fight? Trash that’s who. And if she had approached Kenya she would have deserved WHATEVER she got.

          • GetReal2014

Nothing at all, except be fabulous. Trust me, I know what it feels like, being so fabulous my damn self.

          • brendah

            LOL, I know that’s right!

          • GetReal2014

            Ha ha ha.

          • The Champ

I know that’s right GetReal. Confidence is key and you have plenty of it, Kenya too 😎😎

          • GetReal2014

Ha ha ha, but I really am.

          • GetReal2014

I really do. My son cracks up about it. He told me, “So many people say they don’t care about what others think, but you really don’t.” He thinks it’s hilarious how unbothered I am about people, but WTH do they do for me that I should care. I’ve been drumming that into his head since he was a child and now he sees the benefits. Caring about people with no impact on your life? Why? LOL! That’s crazy.

          • The Champ

And that is what makes him such a wonderful person. Your wisdom and guidance will help him througout his entire life. Knowledge is power and priceless. I love your attitude toward life, you tell it like it is and don’t care what anyone thinks. Caring about others opinions won’t change the facts, why concern yourself? Stay true to you.

          • GetReal2014

Ditto to you. Your girls are blessed to have you for a mother. It’s a no brainer that you’ve instilled morals into them and taught them to be productive members of society. That’s what’s happening.

          • The Champ

My girls are awesome, they’ve been enjoying their summer break. They are the loves of my life, they always keep me cracking up. They are beautiful and kind just like their patents, sometimes too nice, but they’ll learn. Being a mother is the greatest joy in the world 😊

          • GetReal2014

I know they are. I worry about the too nice, as well, but they’ll learn like you said. Aw, that’s so nice to hear a mother expressing it that way. Children are priceless.

          • The Champ

They really are, they make me better. I love watching them grow. My youngest is going to first grade, I cried like a baby when she graduated kindergarten. That’s my baby 😍 My other daughter is in middle school, she’s starting to come out of her shell. She’s quiet and has the most beautiful spirit, I’m in awe of her. My kids are my joy.

          • GetReal2014

Oh my goodness. I worked with first-graders and loved it. They are so adorable. If she’s into younger men I could introduce her to my kindergartener nephew, but I have to warn you that he’s a bad boy. J/K, I know his behind wouldn’t do right, but he is a cutie.

What grade is middle school? They’ve messed up the school system. Here, they’ve gotten rid of middle school. My neighbor told me some cockamamie stuff but it was so convoluted I can’t even remember it. My son went to an arts school so their curriculum didn’t follow the usual guidelines.

Is your younger daughter protective of her little sister? I’ll bet she is. Do you want any more kids? I know they’re good girls. What a blessing. You’d better be glad I don’t live around you because I would be borrowing them all the time. My son groans every time I let my nephews spend the night, or the weekend. But, they give me life. I laugh so much and have so much fun with them.

The little one comes in and pulls all of his games and toys out and we play everything in his arsenal. My son helps with the older one, but they get on his nerves and he can’t wait for them to leave. Ha ha ha.

I know the awe feeling. It’s so wonderful isn’t it?

          • The Champ

So cute. My baby girl is a little rough, she gets it from her daddy. Your nephew sounds like a little cutie, I bet he’s funny. My middle schooler is going to the 7th grade, she loves to draw. Her drawings are amazing to look at, she’s so talented. She’s quiet and reserved, always aware of her surroundings. She’s very protective of the everyone, especially her baby sis. They fuss and fight like no other, but they’re always hugging and playing together. You know how it is with siblings, they get on your nerves, but you love them to pieces. I’m done having children, I have a host of nieces and nephews as well. I wanted to have a boy, but my mom had all girls as well. I guess I took after her. Your son is good with children, he’s such a keeper. Hugs to both of you 🤗🤗

          • GetReal2014

That’s funny@ her being rough. Yes, he is adorable and hilarious. Your middle schooler sounds like my son. He’s a great writer.

I figured she would be protective of her sister.

I don’t have but two nephews and one lives too far for me. Then there’s two nieces. No one is in my son’s age group though.

I wanted a girl, but it’s a good thing that I got a boy because I can’t do hair at all. That would drive me crazy.

          • The Champ

Yes, my baby is a tough cookie, she cracks me all the way up 😅😅. They both fight all the time, but the older they get the more they get along. The baby girl is the life of the party, while my middle schooler is more laid back and chill. Total opposites. They go hard and love harder. Doing hair is easy once you get it all figured out. It’s time consuming, but not hard to do. I bet your son likes being the only child, no fuss.

          • GetReal2014

That is hilarious. I would love both of them. Those are my kind of girls. There’s nothing like children with personality and the quiet reflective ones. You get all of your needs met as a parent.

It’s never been easy for me. When I was younger my older sister did my hair. She pressed it, curled it and styled it for me. Then, when she got older and got married I was stuck. I didn’t have to take care of my hair until I was seventeen. Then my mother made my younger sister do it. She was ticked, but what could she do? Years later she confessed that she used to try to jerk my head around to hurt me, but it never bothered me. I wasn’t tender-headed, so it felt good to me, LOL. After that it was the beauty salon. My hair is fine so it’s hard for me to do it. My hairdresser is one of the only ones who can do it right. If I get a perm they have to put it on and take it off immediately, or my hair will burn. So, as you can see hair is a hassle for me. I make sure that I can wear a pony tail at all times. I’ve gotten better, at least I can blow dry and half way curl it myself.

But God is good. If I would’ve have a girl I would’ve been stressed the hail out every day of my life.

          • GetReal2014

Poor Poorshit. They are using her to the max. Won’t even pay her dumb azz and she’s still turning up. She’ll do anything to stay on that show…as we’ve seen. What other options does she have?

          • The Champ

Awww, poor Putter Jack’s, gthoh. Her nasty, stank azz is a grown woman. Everything she does is for show, she jumps through hoops every season to keep her peach. And will work for next to nothing compared to the others.

          • GetReal2014

            That’s what happens when you’re a dumbass.

          • GetReal2014

A sure sign she knows her own worth. Just another skank trying to make a buck and willing to do anything to keep one, fight, lie, and turn on people. Untrustworthy hoe.

          • The Champ

Pretty much. She knows how worthless she is, her mama does too. Why do you think her family condones her behavior on the show? They are pimping her out for large pizza’s, let Kordell tell it.

          • GetReal2014

Every ethical, moral and spiritual rule. Don’t forget that.

          • GetReal2014

LOLOLOL! She’s not supposed to say or do anything, but let the rachets run over her. Kenya’s not having it. Sorry.

          • brendah

That’s what I don’t understand. Why would people think that Kenya should just let those women say anything to her without defending herself.

          • GetReal2014

I don’t get it either, but I’m glad. I don’t want to understand that kind of thinking.

          • The Champ

Let them tell it, she’s not. Like she’s supposed to sit up there and be degraded and mocked by these women and Apollo’s azz. I would have said a lot worse to Creonta’s nasty azz. She can surely dish it out, remember she was going to hit Kenya with her purse? Yeah, that part.

          • GetReal2014

That’s what they wanted. They wanted to browbeat her and beat her into submission and Kenya just laughed at their feeble attempts and kept doing her thing. Now she’s soaring, and look at their evil azzes They’re all turned out, don’t know if they’re coming or going and looking like d@mn fools.

Not one of them are prospering, and they’re all miserable. All they can do is throw weak shade while their lives are in shambles. I wouldn’t trade place with not one of those evildoers. Ever.

          • GetReal2014

I don’t understand that. These women have lied on her from the beginning and she isn’t supposed to say anything. That’s nuts.

          • charma

That’s all they have. They’re just so bitter. They want her to lose in life…for why?

          • Bobbi

“want her to lose in life”. So true and sounds even worse when you put it that way. You’ll never make me understand.

          • GetReal2014

            That’s a good question. I don’t get it.

          • GetReal2014

            No tape? No proof.

    • justanothermary

She loved being on the show and she was a ratchet as anyone else on it.

      • BetteDavisEyez1

You can say that again. She even took her ratchet behavior on the CA. What 46 year old gets banged in a truck?!? Classy my ass.

    • GetReal2014

So do I, charma. Too damn good for those illiterate, still-in-the-same-place dummies.

  • Mrs.K

Hope she joins the New York housewife franchise. Those ladies are boring and Kenya could spice up the show.

    • aemish

She would look like a sasquach next to those bulimic bimbos…

      • Bobbi

She could just stand next to Luanne. Lol (who I happen to think is beautiful)

        • aemish

          LoLz :p

        • GetReal2014

Me too. All of the shows are getting nonsensical. I can barely watch them anymore. I keep missing NY and Potomac. Can’t even remember what night they come on, and OC is out of the question. Am I missing any besides ATL? I think they’ve run their course. I’m glad that Kenya has options, though. She’s smart, she can work in front of , or behind the cameras. She’s been smart throughout her career.

    • Michele

      No thank you.

    • Bad Barbie

      That is a prejudice one.

  • Bobbi

Kenya loves her home but she’s not married to it. She is proving that her family means more to her than “things”. She’s going to pay dearly for anything remotely close to that space and aesthetic in the NYC.
If she’s moving she must be thinking about transitioning out of the show into another venture. That would be amazing and she doesn’t need Bravo to get her own show. She’s up to something. I’m excited for her.

    • aemish

Isn’t her hair care line doing really well as well? I think she’s leaving the show on a high note before Nene and Wigs come back..

      • Bobbi

Yes, her hair care line is doing very well. When Kenya went live on IG over a week ago she confirmed she was coming back so if she leaves this would be a very recent decision. But you may be right. I hope you’re right.

        • GetReal2014

          I love her hair care.

          • brendah

            So do I GetReal.

      • justanothermary

She said it was going to be in CVS stores very soon, about 2 years ago. I haven’t seen it yet. I guess she’s in someplace called Sally Beauty, but I’ve never heard of that.

        • aemish

We’ve got Sally’s locations all over the east coast, been shopping there for 20 years.. back in the day it was only for professionals but now it’s open to the public.. I think she should go on HSN or QVC like Carol’s Daughter brand.. that stuff smells awesome

          • GetReal2014

It’s the first place I go for specialty items. I’ve known about them for decades.

        • JustSayin

Sally Beauty is pretty popular, all over California and Texas (the only states I’ve ever lived in). My mom’s been going there since I was a kid.

          • GetReal2014

It’s popular in the Midwest too.

        • shayvoe

She is only in a few select stores…not all of them.

        • Hotep2you

She does pop-ups only in Sally’s Beauty. That was confirmed publicly by their Corporate Headquarters months ago. Kenya is THE QUEEN of Embellising the truth. *shrugs* but alas team twirl is all for it! ;0)

      • GetReal2014

It is from what I’ve read and all of her customers rave about the product, even professionals. I see people asking her to come to their area all the time on SM.

    • GetReal2014

That’s the best way to be. I feel her, because I don’t get married to things either. Whatever I like I know I can like something else more, and sometimes you just want to do something different.

I think she has something up her sleeve too, and something she’s been working on for a while. Kenya is not the one to have everyone up in her business, that’s why outside of the show she has such a pristine reputation. Smart, savvy, and secure. She’s all that.

  • theStevieJBus

Is she selling Whore Manor to pay off her “husband”‘s debts?

    • Bryan

      Yes

  • Bad Barbie

She will regret this. Watch. Literally. lol

  • Charming Labyrinth

Please don’t leave us Mrs. Moore 🙁

  • Rochelle013

Those “demands” are very very normal requests for anyone with money and any type of “fame.” She isn’t asking for anything more than any other seller of her income level. They do not list as you don’t want people knowing where you live. Period. When we sold our home before moving here to Atlanta a few months ago, I only wanted true buyers, they had to prove they actually had the money to buy my home. No lookie loo’s wanted in my home. Many people get bored and go look at homes without even filling out loan papers. I was not going to play that game. Mine was not listed, but “open” to all listing agents, through my agent, who they had to go through to look at my home. It really isn’t anything big or “demanding.” LOL

    • Bobbi

Good read. Yes, nothing odd here. Sounds perfectly reasonable given her income and popularity. Especially given the hateful, mean spirited sentiments being expressed by some. Who knows what some idiot may try? People are losing site of all reality. I’ve noticed she is still turning off the comments to most of her posts on IG. It’s almost like she’s over it.

      • Rochelle013

I agree and would be too LOL.

        • Bobbi

          Ditto

      • GetReal2014

Right, as unhinged as some people appear to be, you can’t take any chances. It’s not safe anymore. Too many people have problems distinguishing real from reality. I wouldn’t have a bunch of strangers coming to my house constantly. That doesn’t make sense.

    • GetReal2014

That’s what I thought too. That’s what Karen on Potomac is doing too, and so is Phaedra. They probably don’t want randoms roaming around in their houses. I wouldn’t either.

  • Susan Toby

I’ll miss the beautiful Moore manor but I’ll rather she lives in Daly heaven with her dear husband.

    • Bobbi

I’m with you and I look forward to her next home project. She really has talent in this space.

      • The Champ

She sure does, Kenya has impeccable taste in home’s and fashion. ☺

        • Bobbi

She could definitely do it for a living. She has expressed the desire so she could certainly use that talent for a show in that space. I think it would do well.

          • The Champ

Sure can. She would make a great show host.

          • GetReal2014

Yes, articulate, knowledgeable and witty. She would be a shoo-in.

          • The Champ

So true, I would watch any show she’s on.

          • GetReal2014

So would I. She’s dynamic and she draws attention. No one can deny that. Her name is good for clicks everywhere she’s published. That’s market appeal.

          • GetReal2014

            Me too!

          • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

She needs to pitch a series to HGTV or DIY, but maybe she already has? But then again, that renovation experience was a beotch, so maybe it soured her on it … I know I can relate.

          • Bobbi

Right. I noticed when she initially finished her home and was posting the photos on her IG, #KenyaMooreInteriors was a hashtag she had begun using so it seems she was at least toying with the idea back then.

HTV and DIY sounds like a good idea. I hear you. I think her renovation was such a beotch because she was doing it alone financially as well as creatively. I can imagine she ran herself ragged on the construction end of it, which I’m sure took away from the fun part of actually designing. But that is how it works, Lol. The fun part is building the concept, shopping and the actual design. After that you just want to see the finished product. Lol. All the back and forth on how to execute it is tedious and a bit boring. Also, a lot of building contractors probably tried to take advantage of the fact Kenya was a little green in that area so she had to stay behind and on top of them constantly. All the “extra’s” can definitely take a lot out of you and sour you on an endeavor. Until the next project inspires you. Then it starts all over again. Lol

I think a team, sponsors, etc would allow Kenya to deal specifically with the creative aspect and make it more enjoyable. With the right team she could probably pull it off.

          • GetReal2014

She is very talented, and smart. That’s what I like about Kenya. She’s always on her grind.

          • Bobbi

Kenya Moore Interiors does sound catchy. Lol

          • GetReal2014

It does. Look at all of the work she put into her product, design, and everything else she does. Much respect to that sister.

          • Bobbi

….and that was her first one from scratch. The next one will be even better.

          • GetReal2014

Kenya’s bad as hail. Girl got it going on.

          • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

Damn gurl you nailed that … you described the process (and me) to a tee! Have you gone through it?

          • GetReal2014

Renovating is a full time, but I’d like to do it if I had a reputable and persnickety crew behind me. I love looking at different styled homes.

          • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

You said it sista; a good crew … is THE trick (and VERY difficult). In fact, I’m in the thick of it as we speak; interviewing painters quite possibly the dumbest human beings on the planet Earth (no offense to any painter reading this).

          • GetReal2014

I know. It’s unbelievable. These people act like they’re paying you. I just had a crew come in and paint and you won’t believe this, but the dumbasses painted the entire room, doors, windowsills, and all the base color, oh and the ceiling too. I was dumbfounded. Didn’t ask or anything. Naturally, it all had to be redone. Who puts color on the ceiling? Lort!

That was my bad. I didn’t interview the painters. He came highly recommended, LOL. She won’t be recommending anyone else to me though.

          • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

Wow … I hope it was a bid job and not by the hour! I’ve been through the referral thing too and learned real quick that doing a good job for one person, doesn’t mean they’ll do a good job for you (and vice versa). I’ve gone through painters like old socks. The place we’re doing now (a 3 story 6000+ sq. ft. 5 BR 7 BTH), the asswipes painted (sprayed) the new drywall with over 100 gallons of (cheap watered down) paint WITHOUT first priming/sealing it. The result is whenever the walls are painted or get wet etc; the drywall paper gets mushy. YOU HAVE SEAL/PRIME new drywall before painting. Our bad for not verifying it. We should have sued.

          • GetReal2014

Thankfully, it was a bid job. Right, and my friend was a little irritated with me because he did a good job for her, which didn’t translate to me. Guess what color these morons painted the entire room? Ghost Rose? Common sense should’ve made them question that decision.

          • GetReal2014

That’s a great idea. Go Kenya. She stays winning.

      • GetReal2014

She does, and she has exquisite taste.

  • TartLemon

I kinda read ‘do not let the banks do the required inspections’. They’re a lot tougher than cash only sales. I get Kenya doesn’t want looky loos traipsing through, but this smells to high heaven.

    • aemish

      oooh, interesting perspective, Tart!

    • Rochelle013

Even with a cash sale, you have to have inspections, it is Georgia law. We just bought 4 acre farmhouse here. The seller had to have a crapload of inspections, termite etc. It really is a law. 😀

  • TartLemon

IIRC, there are some serious runoff problems in the cliff behind the house.

    • justanothermary

Her driveway is a nightmare too. I don’t think the place is good for entertaining due to the hike up to the house.

  • Surifan

Sheree will follow suit selling her chateaux very soon since she likes to copy other people so much.
It is not surprising that Kenya wants a cash sale, which is actually more feasible in a metropolitan city like New York where international cash buyers jump at the occasion to snare new or renovated homes and apartments.
Is this telling that she is moving to New York and joining RHONY?

    • shayvoe

One little snag there…the home she is selling is not in NY.

    • justanothermary

She would never fit in with the RHONY. They would not put up with her for five minutes.

      • Surifan

Maybe or they could become best friends.
I don’t see anything different at RHONY that happens in Atlanta.

        • justanothermary

Ummmm – How about twerking all over the place, the digusting faces and manner of dress and hollering for security and physical confrontations like blasting bull horns in people’s faces and pulling hair and yanking chairs out from under people, etc. etc. etc. Atlanta and NY are completely different shows.

          • Surifan

I still do not see a difference.

          • justanothermary

Do you watch both shows, cuz no one in NY has ever shown up to a charity function almost naked with big butt pads on or screwed someone in a pick up or yanked a chair out from under someone or kicked someone in the stomach or had to be held down so they didn’t hurt themselves or others. No one on NY has ever pretended to build a house with money they don’t have commit felonies or stash items for felons or pretend to be divorced and/or married.

          • BetteDavisEyez1

Well in all fairness, crazy ass Ramona did throw a glass at Kristen’s face.

          • BetteDavisEyez1

That beast can stay right where she is. The one that would get on well with the NY women is Cynthia.
She has lived in NY for years & she is good friends with both Lu & Jill.

        • The Champ

Ain’t NO different on any of these shows. Don’t believe the bull sh*t and smoke screens. While Kenya may be petty at times, none of these accus-ations are criminal nor would they cost her to be fired or demoted.

  • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

KM is always on the hustle, and I’ve always believed this property was purchased to flip; she never had any intentions of dying there. Besides, I suspect the renovation bug has bitten her, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see her go the Bethenny route; that is “flipping” properties, She’s obviously got a flair for design and good taste … KM may have finally found her calling~! Speaking as an agent myself, I don’t believe Kenya’s stipulations are unreasonable. I’m not a big proponent of (public) “open houses”, but would probably try to convince her to allow ONE “agent only” open house to kick off the listing followed by private (agent accompany) showings only. The “cash only” buyer thing is stupid because as long as potential buyers are pre-approved why should she care? Cash might speed up a close a tad, but so what (she can’t be that desperate for quick money). I suspect she doesn’t want any “financing fell thru” snags. BTW, I still don’t buy this 7200+ sq. ft. thing … no way (Shiteau Sherrie is barely 8000). And finally, can they please stop with the “Manor” crap … an ultra contemporary home like this isn’t a Manor … a Manor is a VERY large country estate..

    • aemish

Great post, Enigma! You learned me some stuffs :p

      • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

Awesome~ …. now can I interest you in a property? Do you own or rent? j/k:-)

    • shayvoe

Yeah…no way that house is 7200 sq feet. Maybe 4,000 at the most.

      • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

I think you nailed it … my guess as well. I believe it’s just a 4 BR 3 BTH.

    • Elizabeth Fisher

I agree. I don’t think her demands are all that unreasonable.

    • Rochelle013

      Thank You.

  • TartLemon

I’m no expert on property flipping, but can see some MAJOR settling issues in that top, outside photo. Very cheap craftsmanship, too.

  • Jackie

    It’s a beautiful house

  • ALegWithWings

Sorry, but I don’t like this house. All the white is a bit too American Psycho. Also, those big windows would really creep me out at night and leave me feeling exposed. Especially considering it’s in a ditch in the woods.

    • Bryan

it reminds me of one of the houses of murdered families from the movie Manhunter, too creepy!!!!

    • BetteDavisEyez1

I think Cynthia’s new home is the best I’ve seen on this show.
The lake would give me Friday the 13th vibes but the house is beautiful.

      • ALegWithWings

My favorite home on this show is Sheree’s because the outside reminds me of Whipstaff Manor in Casper! 😂https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/574673446f5bb902d1cd3ca9d9cc4bebed317dbbe316d73c3af7f3b8ddcf6b81.jpg

        • BetteDavisEyez1

BAHAHAHA!! Now everytime I see her home, that is what I am going to think of. You nailed it, Leg.

      • Why is this happening to us?

I love Cynthia’s lake house. Looks so peaceful and Zen.

        • BetteDavisEyez1

As opposed to that converted meth lab in a ditch.

          • Why is this happening to us?

Lmao! That’s one way of describing it!

          • BetteDavisEyez1

            TeeHee!!
I mean she really did preform a miracle fixing it up, but it looked like one of the sets in the Walking Dead when she bought it.
The location is still creepy in my opinion. Just imagine going trick or treating & Dust Mop opens the door. Fright Night for real.🤣😂🤣

          • Why is this happening to us?

It’s not my cup of tea. Imagine how dark it must be down there in the woods? Lol.
It really did look like a set of TWD. Lol

          • BetteDavisEyez1

It is actually the perfect location for the likes of that witch.

          • Why is this happening to us?

Haha….it’s like Children of the Corn…

          • BetteDavisEyez1

            Yes!! Just that creepy. LMAO!!

          • Why is this happening to us?

            Lmao!

  • The Champ

Bravo 👏👏👏👏 Good for Kenya, she is one helluva business woman. She has previously owned and sold several homes in the past. I’m sure someone would happily buy Moore Manor for the right price, it’s beyond beautiful and contemporary. If I had the money, I’d buy it my d@mn self. I would love for my girl to gracefully walk away from this spoof fest of a show and settle into her newly married life with Marc. Maybe she needs more space for her future child/children. Either way, she has a plan and so far it’s working for her. Kudos to Mr. and Mrs. Daly ☺☺

    • Bobbi

I am certain if Kenya leaves she already has something else in the works. I’m all here for this next phase in her life, hopefully sans rhoa.

      • The Champ

I would love to see her walk away on her own terms. The same way she did her wedding, on her own terms. Let the others scratch and claw away at each other, while she enjoys her newfound journey, with her husband. I’m totally here for it all. Andy’s azz would be redder than a baboons. 😠😠

        • Bobbi

Hahaha. You know Andy is still heated about that. I’m telling you, some folks, Andy included think they own this woman’s destiny and that every moment in her life belongs to Bravo to be set up, ridiculed and used as a prop for their private shooting range. I will celebrate the day she hands him his pink slip. Yeah, fire HIS @ss.

          • The Champ

Right 😀😀 Andy has no right to be angry or upset about this womans wedding. She’s a grown azz woman and can come and go as she pleases. How about he focus on taking out the rest of the trash. I remember hearing that certain scenes are forced and the cast has no say, the devil is a LIE. No way, No how, would I ever sign away my rights as a human being, what kind of sh*t circus is Bravo running? I’m glad Kenya took a stand and said “f’ck the world”. I’d rather die on my feet than live on my knees. Let Bravo/Andy stay mad 😐😐

          • Bobbi

You better preach. I mentioned in another post that Kenya is still not allowing comments on most of her posts on IG. I really think she’s over it. At least emotionally. She’ll go through the motions if she has to but even the cast drama must feel so stale to her now, banked up against her new life. I’m the same way. When my focus changes the old ish starts to drain me and turn my stomach. The decision to elope and in secret was probably a more powerful move than even Kenya realized at the time because it broke mental chains regarding this show and set her on a different trajectory mentally.
Who gives a freak about that wonky eyed skeezer. Let him find someone else to chit on. I can’t wait til he has to replace her as well as the ratings she brings.

          • The Champ

Exactly. Kenya took the power away from Bravo. That’s why she’s always been my fav and the main reason viewers love to hate her. She’s always been outspoken and never kisses Andy’s azz like many of the others do. Ppl were saying Kenya should be fired for not allowing bravo camera’s to film the wedding and giving PM the exclusive details. Like any of them would have been happy for her in the first place, gtfoh. This woman wanted privacy on one of the most important days of her life, that’s not a crime. Afterwards, she shared the details with her fans (team twirl) and the vultures were all over it. She has every right to protect her union, her life, her way. Screw Andy’s b*tch azz.

          • charma

And another reason she should leave is, he is going to make her pay for pulling the okeydoke on him and Bravo. He’s always treated her badly but I suspect he will ramp it up this year especially since his fav Phaedra crashed and burned and got fired. He’s going to be even more nasty to Kenya, if that’s even possible.

          • The Champ

I hope she does give Andy’s azz the peace sign ✌ I would like to hear what Marc thinks about Andy’s blatant disrespect for Kenya. He should be ashamed to even admit that Creonta was his fav. But, you’re right, that’s why he’s butt hurt and embarrassed. I hope Marc convinces Kenya to gracefully walk away from the show. They can both start their own show as a married couple in a positive note. 🖕🖕to whoever don’t like it.

          • GetReal2014

That would be great. The fact that he admits that Phaedra is his fave is enough for me to not respect him. Andy means shizz in my book. He always has.

          • The Champ

Right. Andy couldn’t even stand to address Kandi after he found out first-hand what Creonta was capable of. He was all tongue tied and stuttering, like he was shocked. He new F&F were two, low down dirty fools. He knows d@mn well what they did to the Tucker’s was f’ed up and he should have apologized, right along with F&F. He’s just as guilty as they both are, he let it go down on his watch. You’re right, Andy ain’t sh*t 💩

          • GetReal2014

If he was as shocked as he pretended to be, then he’s an even bigger fool than I initially thought if he couldn’t see through Phaedra and Porsha. If he didn’t know how dirty they were then he’s a total moron, unworthy of his position.

          • The Champ

That fool loves to exploits those idiots. Creonta is still begging and boot licking to keep her job, how embarrassing. Andy is the Jackhole of the year for cosigning F&F criminal behaviors 🐮

          • GetReal2014

That’s what they get. Evil always loses in the end. I read today where Phaedra was trying to do some damage control and people were eating her azz up.

Finally, people have seen through her. It took some time, but it was well worth the wait. Her name is trash. Now let that pug-faced heffa disappear completely.

          • The Champ

Nobody wants to sit and listen to Creonta talk about a bunch of bull sh*t lies. Everybody witnessed what she’s capable of doing to others. She needs to disappear and stay lost. I hope I never see her back on my HD screen again.

          • GetReal2014

Creonta really messed herself up didn’t she? She ruined any reputation she might’ve had, now she’s scrambling in desperation.

          • The Champ

She needs to go live her life outside of rhoa. Since she has so many jobssss, that’ll keep her busy. Why is she begging Andy for her job back if she has better things to do?, as she claims. She’s so annoying, why won’t her mama tell her to sit her azz down somewhere?

          • GetReal2014

You know he’ll do his best, charma, but when people do evil the only person they hurt is themselves and their own reputations. Unfortunately, while they’re so busy trying to do dirt they don’t realize their “target” has moved on and don’t even care about them.

Kenya hasn’t even addressed his dumb azz. She’s living her new life while Andy’s dumb behind is sitting somewhere pouting. Sheesh!

          • GetReal2014

Yes, she did, and that’s why Andy can’t contain his dumb azz. He’s going around whining like a little bich. SMDH, a grown azz man thinking these black women are in captivity to his dumb behind.

He’s never liked the fact that Kenya doesn’t/didn’t kiss his azz. All of her dealings with him have been on a professional level, she’s not keeping in contact with him to schmooze and she bats away his feeble attempts to put her down.

Kenya came to the show with a plan and she has executed it beautifully. Gone Twirl with your bad self, and Andy, you can go straight to hail with your felon loving azz.

          • The Champ

That’s exactly why he will stay mad. Kenya has never paid Andy any mind, if anything she thinks he’s a joke. Which is why his ignorant azz went on to say those hateful things about Kenya and Brandon after she got married. I bet you he won’t say nothing to or about Marc. He knows better, with his punk azz. Always degrading women, but won’t step foot to a man. Kenya has a lot of positive things going on in her life and that’s why folks are so d@mn bothered. While she is enjoying life to the fullest, the naysayers will sit on the sidelines, talk sh*t, while enjoying the show. Otherwise there would be nothing to talk about.

          • GetReal2014

Nobody likes to be ignored. Hence the hate. People like that want others to be affected by their actions, but a sane person recognizes the source and moves on, totally unbothered by the nonsense. WTH does Kenya care about someone who is known to favor felons? Him not liking her is a moot point, but what bothers him is that he needs her. He knows that she’s a money maker for Bravo. She’s the most talked about and people are interested in her. Bottom line.

You know he won’t say anything about a man. Has he ever? Nope. Andy likes to wield his “power” over women because he’s jealous that he isn’t one. So the ones he likes are the unworthy ones. That makes him feel better than them. That’s what all this is about, the fact that he was born a man.

Yes she does, and it kills some people, but that’s their fault. Work on yourself and it will lessen your pain. Talking chit about them is nothing more than empty words. Nobody cares.

          • GetReal2014

Andy is a total racist, misogynistic pig. I could care less what he thinks, if anything, I’m always on the other side of his opinion. Total douche bag, IMO.

          • GetReal2014

            Well now, you’re preaching too.

I think cutting off her IG shows how many f’s she gives at this point. I’m the same way too. Once a new chapter begins I let go of the old stuff. Too much baggage and my perspective will have changed.

What ever will poor Wonky-Eyed do if the women can’t all gang up on Kenya? Most of them have no storylines or boring ones at best. Kenya is the show, IMO.

          • Bobbi

Yep. You know it. When you garner this much buzz in the off season it’s easy to reconcile her importance to the show. No denying that no matter how you feel about her.

          • GetReal2014

Buzz, buzz, buzz to the max.

Why the hail isn’t anyone talking about Phaedra, Porsha, Sheree or Cynthia in the off season?

Oh, because they don’t generate buzz with their every move. I’ve seen little on the so called “queen” either, except her calling herself a threat. Girl, go and sit your big liposucked, ugly, bad weave having self down.

I haven’t even heard of people being glad she’s coming back. No buzz for her or Kim. We know who stays on people’s minds and it’s not Team Trashy.

          • Bobbi

Lol. I sure hope they didn’t pay those gutter snipes before they did their due diligence. Hahaha. They are both trying to start little fires but it’s not catching. Noone cares. I know I don’t.

          • GetReal2014

I know. I saw that. Nobody gives a chit about those dodos. They start a fire, it sputters and goes out. No one even cares if Nene and Porsha have a beef going on. People want both of those idiots gone.

          • GetReal2014

It’s amazing isn’t it? Kenya is a moneymaker for Bravo, bloggers and video bloggers. That’s why Andy wants to keep her under his thumb and make her the brunt of everything bad. It’s good business for him. But it backfired because Kenya took those bricks and built a fortress around herself. She has never allowed any of them to take her dignity or try to appease them, or go along with the nonsense. She has stood her ground and never stooped to their level. And she’s done it with a smile and a take no prisoner’s attitude.

A lot of people don’t seem to understand her strategy. So many are into cussing someone out, getting in someone’s face and acting like uneducated buffoons and thinking that’s cute. But the ones who act that way don’t realize that they’re painting themselves into a corner.

Where can Nene go without being a caricature of herself? No one is going to buy into her being anything but an aggressive loudmouth. She missed her opportunity when they selected her as HBIC. That was the time to change and soften her personality and demonstrate growth, but she failed the test. Look at her now, all of her opportunities dried up, and no chance to elevate herself to a higher level. Even now, she’s coming back acting stupid and throwing shade. Bich, you are 50 years, a grandmother and spending your time starting feuds and posting photoshopped pictures of yourself that do not translate into real life where you come out looking like a darn Amazon. This dumb azz doesn’t even try to make her lies look authentic. She must think people are stupid to believe those posts.

And what has the platform done for Porsha? She’s as ignorant as when she first came on the show, only now she’s proven herself as a liar, and a whore with violent tendencies. Without RHOA what are her options?

BTW, did you see her new “corrected” post with the wine glasses? Now she has two glasses, only one of the straws has been used though.

Too damn dumb to drink out of both of the glasses to give the impression that the wine is for two people. But even there we know that the other glass is for Lauren. What man would have her? This is the first season where she hasn’t found time to rent-a-man. Probably still smarting from Todd2 exposing her whacked azz. What a waste of a human being.

Meanwhile, Kenya remains the victor coming out on top unscathed every time. It’s a no brainer who I’ll root for and don’t care who’s offended by my choices.

          • Bobbi

Great post. I’ve stated it all along. Viewers made hating Kenya a commodity for Bravo so, they are in constantly search of situations to exploit in regards to just that. Don’t get mad now, that she was smart enough to used it in her favor as well. That’s what you call making lemonade out of lemons. They wanted everyone to knock her down so guess what-
Bravo put her in everyone’s path. NOW you’re tired of her. Tough tata’s. She ain’t going till SHE’S ready.

          • GetReal2014

That’s exactly what they did and it hasn’t worked. Andy’s azz is mad that she may leave and then what? What’s his backup plan? Frick & Frack’s storyline for the last four seasons was ganging up on Kenya and everyone else. They threw a little fake news in there every now and then, fake lawyer meetings, fake security meetings, fake boyfriends, but they didn’t show much of their lives because they don’t have one.

I doubt Kenya cares what Andy thinks, nor has she ever. His pissy behind can stay mad. Sit your azz down in your office and come up with a new concept. Your azz has been making money off of Kenya long enough.

          • justanothermary

You “heard” that certain scenes are forced, but you don’t know that. They can’t make someone say something. As much as these woman like to holler about production and editing, they put out the ratchet behavior to be edited and Kenya is one of the worst.

          • The Champ

It came from Kandi’s mouth, that’s where I heard it. Like, Creonta filming her young boys going on a prison visit, Riley’ s father “Block” being a part of the show. Kandi claimed she was caught off guard, like the scene when Blocks fiance showed up at Kandi’s place of business, that part. I didn’t mean the actual words that come out of their mouths, DUH!!! 😩😩 And since you think you know more than me, what makes Kenya the worst? Compared to what??

          • GetReal2014

I’ve read that the producers put them in situations, like the ones you mentioned, but they don’t tell them what to say, tell them to pull someone’s hair, or throw a glass in their face. That’s all on the individual, and I haven’t seen Kenya ever do anything that crossed any boundaries.

          • The Champ

Kandi said it out of her own mouth, production sets the tone. Common sense will tell you that much. Ppl kill me trying to act like others don’t know what they’re talking about, but they do. How bout, Hell No. I don’t go around cosigning bull sh*t over my dislike of someone, I do my own fact checking. If anyone feels that Kenya has crossed the line at some point, that’s fine. But, I beg to differ and that’s fine too. Prove me wrong or simply agree to disagree ☺☺

          • GetReal2014

I don’t give a damn one way or the other. I don’t care what other people think, who they support or any other of that nonsense. That’s up to them, it’s a waste of time worrying about someone else’s opinion. If you don’t agree, keep it moving. Your opinion isn’t going to change anything. I don’t know why people waste their time with that kind of stuff. Believe what you want to believe. I’m cool with that.

          • The Champ

That’s what I’m saying, why even reply to me and not address my statement. Some ppl just love to hear themselves talk, even if they don’t make sense. B4 I even make a comment, I know I can back it up. I don’t play about mine, your word is everything. Ppl don’t respect liars and bull sh*t artist. That ain’t never been in me, I stand by my every word. As a human I make mistakes and I correct them, it’s that simple. You have every right to ask questions, but don’t get mad when you can’t handle the answer. I should have used my better judgement and not replied, as i usually don’t.

          • GetReal2014

            I hear you.

          • GetReal2014

            Agreed.

          • GetReal2014

Yep, so sorry Andy. Kenya wasn’t giving your behind a “scoop.” You had to find out when the rest of the world did. So Kenya didn’t come running to you and now you’re mad? She doesn’t owe you chit.

          • The Champ

That’s exactly why Andy is butt hurt, Kenya didn’t give him a shout out. Who is he? The God father of b*tchazzness? He always let’s his emotions get the best of him, especially when it comes to Kenya. Andy can kick rox, with dirty gym socks. He better think twice about getting sassy with Marc 😌😌

          • brendah

That’s what he gets for disrespecting Kenya.

          • GetReal2014

He’s so mad that she won’t kiss his azz he’s seeing red. Too bad, Andy. Kenya doesn’t owe you chit.

          • Why is this happening to us?

Bravo thinks that just because a HW is on the show that they automatically get a say or a cut of everything that HW does. I guess they really think they own these womens’ lives…
I was kind of glad when LuAnn wouldn’t let them film her wedding too.

          • Bobbi

Truth. Sounds sinister doesn’t it? More of the HW’s need to take their power back from this evil machine that just chew these women up and spit them out. I was glad LuAnne kept that for herself as well.

          • GetReal2014

Right, but many are doing the opposite and jacking up their own lives to the absolute glee of Bravo and its producers.

          • Bobbi

This is the truth. I wasn’t even thinking about those women whose lives are jacked both on and off the show. Those women would do anything for a bowl of rice and couldn’t care less about their reputation until they’re trying to be considered for a side gig.

          • GetReal2014

That’s the key word, Bobbi. Both ON and OFF the show. Criminal records, trifling reputations, liars, ugh, especially liars. Can’t stand their lying azzes.

          • Bobbi

Yep. It doesn’t even matter what Bravo does to them. They never intended to be anything except wrong and f’d up anyway.

          • Why is this happening to us?

Sadly most of them have basically sold their souls to the Bravo devil. Every move a lot of them make (even in their personal lives) is so calculated and done for the purpose of a storyline. This is what happens when you hire people for the show and the show becomes their job and sole source of income- they all try to one up each other and be more outrageous than the next so they don’t lose their spot on the show. If they have HW’s who have actual careers outside of the show (which they are supposed to have, according to the original premise of these shows), the women aren’t “owned” by Bravo and have autonomy over their own life. Sad what some of these women will do for the almighty dollar. They are willing to put all their dirty laundry out there for the world to see for a couple of bucks…and then you have the ones who hide it! Lol

          • Bobbi

Its really a catch 22 tbh, since it is not really feasible to have a normal fulltime job and carry out the duties that being a housewife requires…….random filming at all times of the day, cast trips, travel for appearances, projects and out of state interviews, building and promoting whatever business you are trying to start as well as promoting the show etc. Those who have the flexibilty to do both usually have their own businesses or are already in the entertainment industry otherwise you wouldn’t be able to keep it. In effect the show DOES become their main job by default. So, I understand the need to “keep their spot” but I don’t agree it should be by any means necessary.
If you think about it, some of these women have careers outside the show and still act a slam fool and will do anything to keep their spot lol. Lol. Some of the ladies aren’t that smart and don’t have a talent viable outside of being a reality HW. Those who sell products they didn’t develop and just slapped their names on someone elses (lipstick, weave, purses etc) fall in that category…even those who write books. The majority of those type sales will dwindle once they are no longer HW’s. Especially if it is poorly branded and marketed. Those are the chicks who really pull out the stops to stay on. They know it’s over when that check stops.

It’s all a big machine that even the viewers get caught up in too. I hear some housewives say they wish they could focus on the more positive things in their lives like their business projects and families but, the viewers would rather see them have beef and shade their castmates. Sadly, the everyday lives of these ladies are not interesting to most viewers and that footage ends up on the floor after the edit. Then Bravo adds their contribution to the insanity. Some of these ladies would act a fool regardless but some women wish they could be more authentic. They don’t set up the scenes the same for every show but they manipulate them all.

Such a circus. That’s why I think these ladies should set themselves up financially and get out. I call it the present day Hunger Games. Have you read those books or seen the movie?

          • Why is this happening to us?

So true. I noticed many of them who had careers before the show are no longer doing that type of work anymore. Filming and appearances for Bravo take precedence I guess. I think Ramona is one who used to have her own businesses and it seems like this is her FT job now. You don’t hear her speak about her businesses anymore.

Many of them will not be able to sustain themselves with their products or brand once HW’s is over. Even Bethenny’s SG brand isn’t as big as it once was. I don’t think it will even be around once the show is over. I just came from my local liquor store and they only have 2 or 3 flavors of her SG margarita. They are on the bottom shelf and always “on sale.” I also live in NYC, so if it isn’t popular here, surely it isn’t popular anywhere else.

Bravo is definitely like a big machine, almost like a Runaway Train! Once it starts rolling, it picks up speed and just keeps on going. I’m sure lots of scenes end up on the cutting room floor because the producers don’t feel they are interesting enough. I totally believe scenes and storylines are manipulated by production. It seems like once production got involved, the shows went in a very different direction.

I agree about the women setting themselves up financially and getting out. That would be the smartest thing to do for sure. Unfortunately, many of them have overstayed their welcome…lol. I think you are right about it being like The Hunger Games. I haven’t watched (yet- I plan to one of these days!), but I totally understand what you mean!

          • BetteDavisEyez1

Women like LVP, Kandi & Kyle are very well off. They could walk away tomorrow & be just fine.
The others, Tamra, Kenya, Sheree & Teresa truly need those Bravo checks. Where else are they going to earn that sort of income?!? They all came on the show with 2 pennies to rub together & that’s why they acted the most foolish.

          • Bobbi

            I agree @ all.
You have to see the Hunger Games. The whole scenario is eerily similar to the HW’s franchise and other female reality shows, right down to the glam squads.
            .

          • Why is this happening to us?

Oh jeez! Lol. They have glam squads too?
Now I really have to watch Hunger Games! I’ve heard so many good things about it- it’s definitely time for me to check it out. Thanks for the recommendation! 😄

          • Bobbi

You’re welcome! Lol Yes, you have to see it to get it.
But, the story itself is interesting.

The boys and girls who become tributes (whom I compared to the HW’s) are youth from each state who are ultimately chosen to compete. It is called The Hunger Games because each year, The Capitol, (the tyrannical dictatorship) whom I’ve compared to Bravo and the producers) choose the tributes based on a lottery system -All the youth from the states go into the lottery but each time a family petitions & receives help (welfare ) for food from the wealthy Capital, their children’s names go into the lottery again, increasing the chances they will be chosen to compete in the games for the entertainment of the citizens of the Capitol. The viewers get really involved and they cheer on their favorites. You could say the entertained citizens are us, lol (viewers). The tributes who are fan favorites get the most assistance out in the field from the Capitol.

Once chosen, the tributes are given a team (glam squad) who will collaborate on and construct their image (always fantastical over the top makeup and clothing) and a mentor to help them strategize on how to win at the game. They beautify the tributes with waxes, hair & makeup, personal designers etc….feed them all the food and drink they could ever want and send them out to promote the games.

After promotions the tributes are sent to an undisclosed location – an obstacle course of sorts, where the leaders of the Capital, manipulate the atmosphere, terrain and create virtual menacing characters for the games. There, the tributes try to overcome the virtual obstacles and fight each other to the death to be the last one standing. They create alliances amongst themselves to survive and stay in the game but they eventually will have to kill one another to win. The winner goes back home to live in the winners village in their state. The prize is a beautiful home and their family never has to worry about finances ever again and the next year the whole process starts again. These are the reasons I call it the present day Hunger Games. There is so much more to the story but, the similarities in the premise are just weird…..The Capitol even held a televised reunion for all the previous winners from previous years. Lol! Strangest case ever of life imitating art.

          • The Champ

Yes Bobbi, your post is the whole truth, nothing but….I love all the Hunger Games movies, Have you seen the Divergent series? It’s a good one too, both movies are similar. You explained the HW’s to the T. It’s like they’re all running a rat race, while production/bravo is in the control room setting the scenes. Some are intelligent enough to play the game for what it’s worth and the weak minded will fail miserably.

          • Bobbi

Same scenario, right? Bravo and their producers are the Capital who are behind the controls and we are the citizens being entertained by the tributes who are manipulated, set up and made to fight to the death. The ones who have the least fare the worst.
Girl, they have Glam Squads just like the tributes and everything. The similarities are crazy!

I read the Hunger Games and saw the movies but, haven’t seen the Divergent series. I’ll have to check it out.
            You summed everything up perfectly.

          • The Champ

Exactly. Every woman for herself, may the best one win. When they try to form a team, most of them end up turning on one another, sounds too familiar. Lol @ glam squads, it’s true 😀😀 Some of the cast haven’t mastered the game, that’s why they stay losing. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, mind over matter.

          • Bobbi

Lol. Excellent call-out! The similarities go on and on.

          • The Champ

            Sure do 😀😀

          • BetteDavisEyez1

            Preach.

          • GetReal2014

Andy hates that Kenya isn’t the type of stereotypical black woman that he gravitates toward, loud, abrasive, neck-rolling. He’ll never forgive her for that.

I read a comment on a post several days ago and he said that they looked at a black woman for NY, but it didn’t work out. The poster said he made it seem like the shows had to stay segregated. Isn’t that a trip? Racist, misogynistic b@–tard.

          • Bobbi

That’s crazy. Andy is a POS. Period.

        • GetReal2014

And you know she will. Kenya doesn’t let anyone disturb her groove. She’s a boss to the nth power. And you’d best believe that when she leaves all of her ducks will be in order.

          • The Champ

Sure thing. Kenya came in and mastered the game. She’s one of the most polarizing cast in the franchise, if not thee most. She’s got her sh*t together and can walk away on a high note, *flips hair*…..

          • GetReal2014

And twirl on out of there. Dumb azzes didn’t learn chit since I’ve been watching. Stagnant as hail. I can’t stand people who don’t show any kind of growth. Waste of oxygen.

          • The Champ

Yes, I sure do wish Kenya would leave the show. While most of her castmates constantly try to mock and tear her down. I know one thing, Poorsha’s trifling azz is taking notes. She loves to jack Kenya’s SL’s, she’s a fan for real. Watch and see, I’m sure Mrs. Thotlandia will try and compete with Kenya, as usual. Let’s see if she elopes and or gets knocked up this season. The thirst is always real with that one.

          • GetReal2014

LOL. speaking of Por-Sh!t, you remember when Kenya posted the two wine glasses and Porsha immediately followed. Well evidently, Moron didn’t realize that posting one didn’t really mean anything.

So now, she has re-taken the picture and posted two wine glasses. But again, being an idiot, she has two glasses, but one glass’s straw has been sipped through and the other one hasn’t been touched.

Additionally, a poster pointed out that she only has one set of footsteps leading to the beach, so it appears that she’s in the Bahamas with a phantom. You would think she would get tired of trying to emulate Kenya, but there seems to be no end in sight to her extreme jealousy. Poor little Tink-Tink.

          • Bobbi

Lol. I thought about giving you this update but it slipped my mind, so I’m glad you saw it. Lmao! @ the one set of footsteps. Good catch!
            Lololol!

          • GetReal2014

It wasn’t me that caught it, but another poster. She blew the photo up and spotted it. I died laughing. This girl is so obvious and stupid.

          • GetReal2014

Yep, the young lady who posted it broke it all the way down. I was crying. The way Porsha unabashedly copies Kenya is hilarious. Kenya is right to not give her the time of day. She knows how desperately Porsha needs her approval. That’s why she pays her dust.

“There’s a Thin Line between Love and Hate.”

I wish I had those music notes analogies.

          • Bobbi

Hilarious. Yeah. That funky heffa is sick. Who the hail knows what she will try now that Kenya is married? You know she and her slow friends are dragging the internet trying to find chit as we type. Lol.

          • GetReal2014

There’s no telling what that bird brain is up to. You know the thought of Kenya being married is keeping her up at night. And you also know that she’s trying her best to find dirt on this man. Isn’t that funny? Even when Kenya has the deets on those idiots she doesn’t use it unless it’s necessary, but she sure in the hail doesn’t waste her time being bothered by them. They wish they could say the same.

It must be horrible to be so jealous and hate-filled.

          • GetReal2014

So do I. She needs to get away from those trifling low-lifes.

          • The Champ

I know, she can do so much better than Bravo. Maybe she could head to a black network.

          • GetReal2014

Oh yeah, anywhere but Bravo with their stale, unimaginative programming. All rachet all the time, especially when it comes to black women. Bravo is full of chit, they’re not even covert with their BS, but I guess it works for them anyway.

          • The Champ

That’s what I’m saying, I just mentioned how racist society is on another post. It’s also some of our own ppl who embody these types of behaviors. That opens the door for hate and ridicule along with stereotypes. I think it’s disgusting how these women are treated by Bravo. Look at how they let Kandi and Todd’s reputations be targeted. They allowed Kenya to be ganged up on and called all kinds of whores. I’m over it all, I’ll be glad If Kenya chose to walk away, with some dignity.

          • GetReal2014

You can’t pay people any attention. That’s what they want. After a while you know who not to respond to. Talk about the show and ignore people who are bent on starting chit. It’s the same old playbook.

          • The Champ

I know girl, consider it blocked 🚫🚫 I wish others would stop reading my post as well and not worry about my opinion. That would be great 😉

          • GetReal2014

            That would be nice.

Where do you guys get those emoji’s? I feel so jealous and left out. I can’t go another day with them. Those emoji’s crack me up.

          • The Champ

Most phones have them, I’m sure yours does too. When you’re writing a text look for a happy face in the lower left corner and that’s where you’ll find a host of them. They are always fun to use 🤓🤓

          • GetReal2014

Um, I’m one of the few people on the planet without a Smartphone. I know. I’m too lazy to learn how to use one. I use my laptop to post. I might be getting one soon, but I don’t know. I always forget technological stuff. I drive my son crazy.

          • The Champ

I hear you girl, ain’t much special about having these phone’s, it’s a necessity for me. Lap tops have emojis too. Check your keyboard, I know your son can probably find them for you.

          • GetReal2014

I just ordered one. Now the challenge is to take it out of the box and learn how to use it. I know I’ll be getting on my son’s nerves. He shows me stuff over and over and I still forget.

          • The Champ

You’ll be fine, if you can properly use a lap top, the phone will be a breeze ☺

          • GetReal2014

I know. I just hate buying anything and then having to read the manuals to learn how to use it.

          • The Champ

Most of it is self explanatory, you can also call your phone’s carrier and get full details. I bet your nephews could teach you a thing or two about your new phone 😀😀 They sound like such cutie pies 😊

          • GetReal2014

She sure did, and those women can’t stand it, but you can’t affect people with high self esteem, because their esteem isn’t based on others. It’s quite simple.

          • The Champ

True, that’s why most ppl dislike/hate Kenya, her confidence level is through the roof. Many ppl mistake her confidence for cockiness. That’s how you know the world is jacked up, when a woman is mocked for strongly believing in herself. We live in a world of followers, with very few leaders. When ppl are content and in control of their lives, ppl will resent them for it. You’re doing something they don’t have the courage to do, be yourself.

          • GetReal2014

She’s very secure in herself. That’s what I like about her and she isn’t bothered by people. No, people don’t like that.

          • The Champ

Me too and she speaks her mind, no matter who don’t like it. Kenya is the most proud, outspoken, intelligent woman on rhoa. I’m not saying it as a diss toward the others, it is what it is. That’s why every last one of her cast members had a problem with her at some point, she speaks the truth and they can’t handle her.

          • GetReal2014

It’s a shame that those birds are so threatened by that, but what do they have on her really? They don’t have any scandals, so they make chit up, but you know that leaves them frustrated. You’re going to be frustrated when you know that what you say isn’t true. You just want people to take your side, but deep down, they all know they haven’t got anything on Kenya.

      • GetReal2014

        Sans RHOA.

That would be wonderful. Twirl right on out of there and never look back.

        • Bobbi

          …..certainly the visual I have.

          • GetReal2014

Me too. I can’t wait for it to come to pass. Leave those low-lifes where they were. No growth, and playing the d@mn dozens at their ages, LOL.

    • GetReal2014

Right, Kenya has bought and sold many homes. She knows what she’s doing. If I had the money I’d buy it too. I love the clean lines and the airiness of the place. Moore Manor would be right up my alley.

      • The Champ

Moore Manor will most definitely sell, just as her other homes did. The modern architecture of her home is stunning. I can only imagine the crisp fresh air with all the surrounding trees. It’s also a unique home for the area, which makes it all the more attractive. I bet she has a few potential buyers lined up, believe that.

        • GetReal2014

Good point. Those other houses sold in a heartbeat. They were up, done and sold before we even got wind of it. That’s how you go about your business, low key, and keep grinding. Kenya’s doing the dang thang. I love it.

          • The Champ

That’s right, she been doing her thang and will continue to do so. Once her house is sold they will find something else to dispute, it’s par for the course. I’ve never heard of her having any problems selling any of her homes, she’ll do fine. Marc can assist and help her along the way. She good!

          • GetReal2014

It must burn to see Kenya succeeding on all levels. I’m glad I’m on her side. I like people who can elevate me, not people who keep me at my same level. Life is about growth, not stagnation. Every day you should be getting better. If you’re not, you need a bit of introspection, actually, a lot.

          • GetReal2014

Girl, Kenya bought, fixed and sold those houses before anybody knew it. She doesn’t give a chit about people’s opinions. That’s how grown folks roll.

  • BetteDavisEyez1

One thing we can ALL agree on for once. We ALL think it’s time for Dust Mop to exit stage left.
Go start your new chapter with your new hubby. Please?!?

  • MidwestMiddie

I recall several problems from shoddy work done on the house. These issues were shown on Bravo. Those episodes are still available so people interested in the house should take a peek. The problems may have been fixed but buyers may wonder what problems have not yet been exposed.

    • Elizabeth Fisher

Obviously those problems were fixed (if I recall it set back the completion date by a couple of months because they problems had to be remedied). Kenya would have never been able to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy if they hadn’t been fixed.

      • MidwestMiddie

We agree but my point is the exposed shoddy workmanship may make
potential buyers concerned about unknown defects.

Certificates of Occupancy are given out when inspectors know there is some shoddy work left as is. This happens more often than it ever should.

      • Bobbi

True and that house had been gutted down to the studs so any issues would have been easy to find and fix. Kenya said it didn’t even have a door when she bought it. I’m pretty sure she made sure everything was up to code and properly restored before proceeding based on the history of the home. Like you, I think Kenya handled her business. You could tell she was very selective and insisted on things being done a certain way.

        • MidwestMiddie

I’m sure Kenya did due diligence as much as an owner can but remember Matt was a part-time construction worker on her house.
Who knows if he was any good at whatever his jobs were? Contractors hire subs and often w/o checking references.

          • Bobbi

I hear you. We don’t know but we didn’t actually see Matt nail anything down to the house either. Lol. Even on the design shows they sometimes give minor jobs to customer. If Matt did anything I’m sure it was minor. It seemed to be mostly for the scene. Who knows though. He may have known exactly what he was doing.

I recall Kenya stating that she had to stay behind the contractors and had people come in at varying stages to inspect, including her dad who was an expert in that area
…. for the very reasons you stated.

I see it this way….If a potential buyer knows this home belongs to Kenya – he has already considered those issues and is confident in the integrity of the workmanship. If they don’t know the home belongs to Kenya, they have never watched the show and won’t have a reason to wonder. Jmo.

          • MidwestMiddie

Contractors, Subs and Inspectors can’t be watched enough when
you’re building your house……….even in affluent areas where one might expect the most strict codes are followed to the letter….they often are not. For many people, it is always about the money.
            Sad but true.
I don’t know if it is true or just a rumor but supposedly Kenya wants to sell her house for cash without having any House Inspections.
If true, she is going to be disappointed because that will never happen.

          • Bobbi

I agree they can’t be watched enough no matter the area or client. No one is immune it seems and so, noone should have any special reason to target the workmanship of Kenya’s home since it is an industry issue. Most people never get or even want half the exposure Kenya got to the intricate details of the framework etc. of their homes before the walls go up. They just trust the builder to hire the right contractors who will be experts and honest. We know that is often not entirely the case.
I think Kenya’s scenario is the best one. If you’re always on site and constantly following behind those folks to make sure their work is tight they will be less inclined to try and cut corners.
I didn’t read that she wouldn’t allow an inspection. I have never heard of such unless the home was being sold on an auction. Maybe she said she wouldn’t pay. I’m sure if Kenya gets a serious buyer she will allow it. It would be silly not to.

          • GetReal2014

I’m sure her dad was on it. That’s what he does/did for a living. I can’t imagine he wouldn’t be pointing that kind of stuff out to her. Pops does not hold his tongue about anything. She’ll be fine.

It was on my newsfeed that Phaedra is doing the same thing. Same terms, no internet, no publicity, the whole nine yards.

          • Bobbi

Right. I read that too. Hers is under contract I believe.

          • GetReal2014

From what I read I thought the terms were very similar. The only thing I don’t think was the same was the cash sale and not wanting to wait for bank financing, but I could be wrong.

          • Bobbi

I’m pretty sure you’re Right. I think she found a buyer though who is currently under contract.

          • GetReal2014

Who found a buyer, Kenya or Phaedra?

          • Bobbi

Phaedra supposedly has a buyer under contract but that doesn’t mean anything until that deed is signed. Lol

          • GetReal2014

Oh, OK. Good for her. I was once in a situation where I had to manage two homes and it wasn’t fun.

          • GetReal2014

            🙂

          • GetReal2014

I’m sure that was scene filler, but you never know. Some guys are very handy. I don’t put much into scenes. They have to do something.

          • Bobbi

True. My sentiments as well. Especially since they never showed him actually doing anything. Just holding some tools and a wearing a tool belt. Lol

          • GetReal2014

I never saw him doing anything either, so I can’t speak on his “expertise.” Not enough information for me to do so.

          • Bobbi

            Agreed.

        • Elizabeth Fisher

I recall the issue with the beam(??) being caught very early in the construction process so it was easy to fix. Didn’t she fire the contractor over it? I remember the the completion date was set back a couple of weeks. But it was easier to fix since it was caught early as opposed to later having to rip shit out to fix it which would have cost a lot of money.

          • Bobbi

All correct. I’m sure Kenya became extra finicky after that. I know I would have. Lol

          • GetReal2014

            Me too.

          • Bobbi

Right? That would really make me paranoid.

          • GetReal2014

Of course it does. I stay in the general area when I have contractors in. It’s hard to find good help.

          • Bobbi

I hear you. I have 1 builder and several contractors in my family. They do all the family work within a reasonable distance and if it’s a short project they will travel. I can’t always get them but it is a blessing when I can at least get them to check in on what’s being done. Nothing like peace of mind.

          • GetReal2014

We have a very small family. Only one brother lives in the area and one nephew who’s of age, so I have to rely on contractors exclusively. My ex can do it all, but it’s not worth the aggravation. I’d rather pay than be bothered.

But these contractors are a headache. I have to rest after dealing with their behinds.

          • Bobbi

Ha! I hear you. I know the feeling.

        • GetReal2014

Kenya’s family is in construction and she’s pretty handy too. She would know exactly what needed to be done and be able to find the right contractors. Kenya is very fastidious. I don’t see her shirking on herself, her house, or anything else. You can see what a perfectionist she is. Plus, that would’ve been the point of having everything stripped down to the barest minimum–to avoid problems later.

          • Bobbi

I agree. Even in the short clips they showed of the construction, she was pointing even the smallest things out like the spacing under the door. She noticed that immediately and made them correct it. I suspect most people may have missed that detail. I definitely believe Kenya made sure as much as any savvy homebuilder reasonably could that the work was up to standard.

          • GetReal2014

For sure. She was on the contractors every time they were on camera, and her dad is in construction, so…much ado about nothing.

      • GetReal2014

Yeah, I remember and true about the COA.

  • MidwestMiddie

Is that a life size cardboard cutout of Kenya in her closet?

    • Why is this happening to us?

      YES! Lol

      • MidwestMiddie

Who does that? Kenya! Too funny………..

  • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

The home is very sexy and beautiful, but I am concerned about the VaJayJay Carrera Marble … the gays will hate it, but the lesbians will dig it!

    • Bobbi

ha! I love the marble but they definitely would have had to double back and bring me another cut. Lol.

      • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

I’ve seen this pattern before, it HAS to be intentional … but it is gorgeous. Can’t go wrong with white marble.

        • Bobbi

Ahhhhh…….. so Kenya must have chosen it. I do love white marble too. Most marble actually. The marble I saw in Italy took my breath away and gave me new appreciation. I didn’t choose the marble in my home but next time is on! Lol

          • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

I’m even seeing it in kitchens and on big islands etc;. But I’m told it is not a wise choice; that it stains terribly and is very weak and prone to cracking and breaking (where the big veins are), which makes sense to me. I still love a beautiful granite.

          • Bobbi

Yesssss, So do I. Marble is a lot more porous than granite so I would be afraid to have marble in a kitchen unless you never plan for food or water to touch it which is impossible. I have heard it is easy to repair and clean kitchen stains on marble though, like oil and other liquids etc but, I wouldn’t want the hassle.

Both stones seem tricky in a kitchen and you really have to do your due diligence on the company/installer but, granite is definitely a better option for countertops. I would take a chance with granite in a kitchen for sure.
Nothing like beautiful granite and marble.

  • WeSeeEachOthaaa

It’s so funny how half of her square footage in Atlanta is worth double in Seattle. I own a 3000 sq ft home in Seattle and could sell it for 1 million dollars in a weekend. .with multiple buyers outbidding each other. Location location location. Nobody wants to live in Georgia.

    • Rochelle013

Actually it is one of the biggest places to move to right now. Many large companies are moving into the area and jobs are booming. We just moved here a month ago. We wanted 3 different homes, but didn’t get a bid in on time. With this house, I saw it online and put a bid in, it is a sellers market and you have to move fast. The good ones are going fast. Now, I tend to agree with how modern the home is. That is not really the norm here. Bye the bye…I adore living here. It is beautiful and there really is a thing called, “southern hospitality” people are all so nice. And this is from a born and raised Seattle girl. So happy to be away from the West Coast. What we sold our home for there? I bought a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom farmhouse on 4 acres. My old home I always called a “cottage” as it was a tiny 3 bedroom.

      • MidwestMiddie

If I recall correctly, your new home also has an in ground pool, correct?
Swimming is my thing……favorite spots —- fresh water spring fed lakes but
I’m always ready to dive into a nice pool when there are no lakes around.

        • Rochelle013

It does, salt water. OMG, I will never go in a chlorine pool again. LOL. I just ordered my out door furniture patio furniture for the pool. And some awesome rocking chairs for my southern porch. LOL. Wayfair loves me.

          • MidwestMiddie

A salt water pool is heaven for swimmers.
            Enjoy!!! : )

      • WeSeeEachOthaaa

Where in Seattle were you from? I’m in Ballard 98107. I live in a great neighborhood on a tree lined street. My girls live 3 houses up from their two best friends. There is no better place to raise kids. I can throw a rock to Woodland park zoo. I’ll think of you during hurricane season. Stay hydrated because you are about to experience the heatwave of your life. Good luck!

        • Rochelle013

Oh such a beautiful area!!! I grew up in Burien, Wa but lived all over Seattle when older.

    • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

My second hubby was transferred to Seattle with American Airlines back in the early 90’s. I remember he got an apt. in Redondo Beach area … well over a $1100 month (for a 600 sq. ft. cracker box) even back then! Beautiful area, and when it’s sunny and nice, it’s spectacular … but the notorious dreary/rainy weather really got to him. We commuted and I went up there a few times a month … we couldn’t wait to transfer outta there.

  • WeSeeEachOthaaa

Hey Kenya—you live in a ditch bish. Good luck selling it.

  • Elizabeth Fisher

While I agree that her house is worth over $1 million, the biggest problem she may have selling it is not the price tag but that it is “contemporary.” While contemporary is very popular out west – particularly in California – it is not popular in the south. Kenya even said she fell in love with the contemporary style when she lived in California but she couldn’t find anything contemporary in the ATL. My BFF who is a real estate agent has said on numerous occasions she can sell any style house in the New Orleans area – but contemporary is a very hard sell. When they build new subdivisions in the Metro area (including across the lake in the country), none of the builders build contemporary style homes because they would sit on the market and never sell. Her home is going to require a special buyer.

    • Rochelle013

I agree. Let me say, we just moved outside of Atlanta a month ago. It was a crazy ride LOL. Most homes here are southern in style, not many modern at all. But…here is a little thing I have learned….you can get a LOT of house for a little. I am sure we looked at Cynthia’s home at one point, it sure looks like it. And it was NOT 1 million. It was like 879. The home we bought here normally, in the best of times would have sold for 1 million. BUT….we got it for far less. I don’t think she will get 1 million for that house, as beautiful as it is for that. Plus, as everyone says, the drive way, and I am sure it is in a flooding zone, as we are. so many different things had to have been done to fix that, or it really wont sell. When we have flash floods here, it comes down!!! In seconds everything fills up. They don’t last long, but fill up fast LOL

      • Elizabeth Fisher

If she has drains installed around her house, that would fix the problem. I’d be shocked if she didn’t. Even though I have two “street” drains in front of my house, I just had a drain installed in my backyard this week because I had a problem with the rain flowing to the lowest point in the yard. I had the lowest points raised with dirt and sod and installed a drain to keep everything away from the house and carport.

        • GetReal2014

So true, drainage is a problem no matter where you live it seems.

        • Rochelle013

That is exactly what the previous owner did here, we have drains all over the yards. LOL, I never have heard of that before. It works fantastic!

      • Koko Banned

That is what I said, everyone talked so much about that driveway and the cramped stairs that take you to the main floor. It just isn’t comfortable. The house is beautiful like an ice box would be. Or like Kenya’s heart j/k. And it’s very accessible, enough for strangers to walk right up to the front door and for Matt to destroy property.

    • Koko Banned

A rapper will buy it, or a BB player. It may be hard to sell to regular folks but artists and athletes LOVE to be “different” It may take a while to sell because Kenny’s name is attached to it, but someone will buy it and turn it into a music studio/party drug den.

      • Elizabeth Fisher

I don’t think having her name attached to it will affect the sale. She went very high end on the finishes for the house. If they can find someone who loves contemporary, this house is turnkey and no renovations need to be made.

        • Koko Banned

Yes that is true, she went high end on the house, but the bathroom wall looks like there’s a picture of a demon on it. It was also showcased on the show constantly. There are stairs that take you up to a ‘second main’ floor, that everyone complained about every time they went in her house. Everyone complained about the long downhill driveway. Maybe if the buyers have never seen the show, they will find it a good buy. Or maybe a Kenya stan will love it. I like contemporary but I do not like this house. It’s very cold.

        • Bobbi

Right. There are lots of transplants moving to the Atl from all over, all the time who are used to contemporary homes. I do agree however, it will require a special buyer.

          • GetReal2014

Hey Bobbi! Been working on a special project. Haven’t had time to post. From the little I’ve seen it seems that things are going well for our Mrs. Moore. I wasn’t surprised she wants to sell. I figured it was an investment property first and foremost. Kenya is so smart, isn’t she? I wouldn’t think she’d make Atlanta her home base forever anyway. She’s always making the right moves. Love that girl.

          • Bobbi

GetReal! Heyyy…… I love this post. Yeah, Keny does seem more a city girl who is very open minded about the world in general. It’s why in a lot of ways she stood out from most the women on this show. Most of them had no exposure to anything outside of the Atl or even traveled internationally before coming on the show.

That’s what smart people do…make moves while other people in their circle are stuck on outdoing each other. It’s easy to see who’s moving and who’s stuck on this franchise.

          • GetReal2014

You just said a mouthful. Kenya seems to be very open-minded and since hasn’t had to be saddled with kids and a husband she’s like a free spirit. And we know she loves to take risks and learn new things.

Those women will never be on her level. All they know how to do is talk chit, try to outdo each other and put all of their money on their backs. You’ll never hear them talk about educating themselves, investing, or anything else that broadens one’s existence. They’re simply ghetto girls who caught a break.

Can you imagine have a conversation with those fools? I can’t. My head would be hurting. Hollering and screaming at a difference of opinion, wanting to physically fight in order to be heard? Spreading lies about other people’s lives? Those women are the scourge of societies everywhere. I can’t think of one positive or smart thing about nary one of them. They give me the creeps.

          • GetReal2014

What makes Kenya’s personality attractive is that she’s so well rounded. She can move within many circles and never become a caricature. She hasn’t pigeon-holed herself where she has to “turn up,” or get in people’s face talking stupid chit. She’s about exploring the world that she lives in. She adventurous, inquisitive, and has a great sense of humor.

These are the type of people that I want to surround myself with. Someone who can help me grow, not someone who keeps me in the same place. Look at the things you can learn from Kenya; staying strong, forgiving, researching a dream, investment strategies, producing and directing, home interior design, mortgage strategies, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

What could I learn from the other women? How to be a hoe? How to be a back-biter? How to lie and try to ruin others? How to cuss someone out? How to make my body a commodity for sale? I mean, what do those other women offer that anyone would want? It’s mystifying to me.

Kenya will never be stuck, because she’s always learning things that matter and mean something in the real world. These are the only kind of people that I deal with in the real world. I am not, and never have been interested in the petty chit that doesn’t mean anything or isn’t impactful. Never understood how people waste their time with that. Small circle, but great rewards.

          • Bobbi

I agree. Kenya is ever evolving and for the better personally and professionally. The 5 with the worst reps when they came on are still in the same place they were when they started and exhibiting worse behavior which only means they stifled the worst of it until now. No growth whatsoever. Kim, Nene, Porsha, Sheree AND Phaedra.
If Kandi, Kenya, Cyn returned without the others and they added HW’s who have not been to jail, have disgusting stories about their sex lives broadcast, lie on and try to destroy each other this would be an entirely different show based on integrity alone. HANDS DOWN.

          • GetReal2014

Always. That’s the mark of a secure person. If you’re in the same place you were one year, two years, five years ago you’ve allowed yourself to become stagnant.

These birds haven’t exhibited one ounce of growth or improvement since they were first introduced to us. In fact, they’ve gone the other way, and actually elevated their dirty games.

How in the hail are you going to put a bunch of felons together and get any semblance of class? Phaedra, Nene, Porsha and Kim Z. came in with baggage and instead of getting rid of the trash, they’ve added more to it. But the clean one is the pariah. OK.

        • GetReal2014

That’s what I see too. I love contemporary. I would buy it in a minute based on what I’ve seen.

    • GetReal2014

      Great information, Elizabeth.

    • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

I disagree with your BF … I don’t see any issues with her home selling. It has WAY more going for it than against it. I don’t know the rules of the RE Commission in ATL, but I would imagine it qualifies as NEW CONSTRUCTION, and that in itself will be huge. The modular/contemporary style in a woodsy setting with high end finishes will also be big advantages (non-cookie cutter sells). The notoriety of the home could go either way … it will bring the “gawkers” as well as people who want to live in “Kenya Moore’s home”, but may scare off others. Also (like Sherrie Shiteau) the fact that she broadcasted money/budget/construction problems on the show won’t help. But there isn’t an agent in ATL who would refuse this listing. I’d have to see it to price it, but from what we’ve seen, I’m thinking $1.2-ish.

      • GetReal2014

Good points, new construction, contemporary against a woodsy background, unique, and the styling. It shouldn’t be a problem from where I sit.

      • RonnieRIB

        Preach!

      • justsaying

Agent would have much better shot at selling if it wasn’t associated with MoHo. Probably going into foreclosure for back property taxes!

        • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

Oh~! Sounds like racist code words to me …. LoLoL

      • MBB14

I’d like a wide shot of what is around her. Are their chateaus (cough) looming over her…is her property in a low area as far as water, etc. ? The house in and out is very attractive but location&actual property would be a big factor to me.

        • AnEnigmaWrappedIn$nark

Exactly … location is everything, but topographically speaking, I think her (lazy ass) cast members are making too big a deal out of the terrain and the slope of the driveway. We all know looking down on top of a rooftop of a home is not a good selling feature, but Kenya’s lot looks merely hilly to me. Three things will kill a home (and lose me as a selling agent); sale home (meaning no basement), a septic tanks (no public sewer), and large crawl spaces … otherwise known as “monster holes” in the biz.

  • delaney

So the Ditch Witch is trying to sell her Croc Box house? I can only hope it because she’s moving far, far away and will no longer be dirtying up tv.

  • RonnieRIB

The house is GORGE. why not get a cash only buyer? Methenny did it and folks WORSHIP her…that is the best way get that money hunni. /congrats on her wedding too.

    Her hubby is fine. #TwirlOnThat

    • GetReal2014

      With you 100%.

      And yes, he is fine.
