EXCLUSIVE: Complaint Filed With Georgia Bar Against Phaedra Parks After #RHOA Reunion Drugging & Rape Lies!

Trouble continues to mount for former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Creonta Parks, in the wake of a reunion taping that ended with a Bravo pink slip.

AllAbouttheTea.com has received a copy of an email sent by a concerned petitioner — pointing to more career chaos for the crashed and burned reality star.

Parks was caught in a “megawatt lie” during the reunion, when Porsha Williams busted her for creating the drugging/rape lie about Kandi Burruss.

The email is addressed to a Georgia State Bar Executive Staff member, and demands an investigation into ethics violations committed by the Atlanta attorney.

“This is a formal request for a bar investigation of Ms. Parks. As all of America observed on Sunday Ms. Parks deliberately and with malicious intent caused false information about Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker to be nationally disseminated. Ms Parks falsely stated that Ms. Burruss and Mr. Tucker attempted to drug, kidnap, and rape one Porsha Williams.”

Lawyers who don’t live up to their ethical obligations can face discipline from a state board.

The complainant requested that “egregious violations” of the A.B.A. be investigated — citing Parks’ interaction with Johnny Winston.

“The fact that these people are all on reality television does not excuse in any way Ms Parks egregious violation of rules 4.1 and 4.4. Ms Parks on national television that she represented Johnny Winston with respect to his disputes with Ms. Burruss.”

The email ends with a plea to hold Parks accountable.

“The Bar cannot allow its reputation for diligence, fairness, and integrity to be impugned by Ms. Parks deliberate and potentially criminal acts. At a minimum a formal investigation is needed to separate the actions of the wayward attorney from the honored and respected reputation of the Bar.”

The claimant was informed that their formal request was forwarded to Georgia Bar’s Grievance Counsel and after a signed original is received, an investigation will be launched. The requester informed AllAboutTheTea.com that the forms are signed.

Stay tuned, as this story develops.
