#RHOA Kenya Moore’s Restraining Order Against Matt Jordan Has Been Dismissed By a Judge

On Wednesday, a judge dismissed a temporary restraining order taken out by Kenya Moore, against ex-boyfriend Matt Jordan

The termination of the order was a result of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s absence at the court hearing. Moore‘s attorney spoke to TMZ and explained that Matt was not served the order, therefore the judge would reject the request — and Kenya was aware of this.

The petition was filed in Fulton County Superior Court on March 29. And describes how Matt stalked the reality star after a trip to Mexico, where he allegedly kicked in a hotel door during an argument.

Moore also claims Jordan threatened her, and called her up to 30 times a day — all hours of the night.

The temporary restraining order required Matt to stay 200 yards away from the former Miss USA. But this legal battle is far from over — once Kenya can locate her elusive ex — she plans to refile another protective order.
