Sheree Whitfield can’t catch a break when it comes to Chateau Sheree!

Sheree has been sued by Master Craft Stucco Company. She didn’t pay up for services rendered on Chateau Sheree.

The company filed the first lien in July of 2015. Sheree didn’t even deign to respond. Judge Tom Campbell rewarded the company the lien in May 2016 for $26,586.41, plus $1,981.50 in interest and court costs.

Their attempt to garner Sheree’s wages proved futile. Because the home isn’t in Sheree’s name, the attorney for Master Craft Stucco, Emory Potter, said:

“…we haven’t been able to find bank accounts to garnish.”

Sheree purchased the house in foreclosure and has no mortgage. She demolished the original house and rebuilt the Chateau. Ownership for the property has changed hands many times in recent years — between Sheree, family members, and various corporations.

When the sheriff showed up at Sheree’s door this past December to try and collect the money, she didn’t have it.

Potter is threatening to gather all the other lien holders together and force Sheree to sell the property in order to pay her debts.

This isn’t the first time she’s been sued. This year alone, Heritage Landscape Group sued Sheree for unpaid landscaping fees (Read here) and help in getting her occupancy permit. She owes them $10,012.50.

So, do you think Sheree will be able to hang onto her house? And how many times will Kenya rub this in Sheree’s face?
