Stiffed! Did Kroy Biermann fail to pay a babysitter who was hired to watch his budding football team?

Reportedly, the former NFL player was sued by a sitter trying to collect back pay in the amount of $288, plus an additional $79 in miscellaneous fees for her services in 2015.

The sitter repeatedly sent texts, trying to collect payment, claiming the money was meant to help her sick mom in Mexico, according to RadarOnline.

“I worked for them for tow [sic] days babysitting,” the employee alleges in the suit. “They don’t want pay me. They said pay me $11 dollars for hour [sic].”

Kim Zolciak Biermann was not named in the suit, only her Don’t Be Tardy co-star and husband, Kroy. The sitter alleged she worked/trained two days for the reality couple, both from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, and thought she was being paid $11 per hour. The sitter later learned from a text she would only be receiving $5.15 per hour, the state’s minimum wage, and that Kroy would mail a check for the sum of $134.

After the suit was filed, Kroy answered by stating the sitter “refused to give the Defendant her mailing address” so he wasn’t able to send the check. Additionally, Kroy asked the courts that the sitter pay his attorney’s fees in the amount of $1,500 to defend himself in this action.

The court date was Sept 2015, but Kroy failed to show up, so mediation could not be held. When the court date was rescheduled, both parties failed to appear in court. Fulton County has reportedly dismissed the case.
