Has anyone been watching leah reminis show on A&E? I thought Scientology was cult-like after seeing Going Clear, but this is a whole other level of cray.

    • RunningWithWine

Yes I’ve been watching! I saw going clear as well and to a small degreee was aware of the harassment but this show really exposes it!

      • Lifesabeach

It’s absolutely crazy! And very scary, especially since they have been getting away with this manipulation, intimidation and violence (amongst other things) for so long.

    • Shelly Jones

Wow. Now I have to watch.

      • Lifesabeach

I just binge watched the first 4 episodes. It’s bananas.

    • KT

YES!!! Little late to the party — busy with Christmas shopping.

I give her tons of credit. She was almost blackballed several years ago because of it but came back with her own show and now this.

It’s just appalling that they were legally recognized as a church and gained tax exempt status. They don’t worship God — any god. They worship L. Ron Hubbard.

I hope Leah keeps going and gets the IRS to rescind their tax exempt status.

That’s what happens when you mess with a New Yorker!!!!

      • chacha1

I think that is what Drippy Dickie is trying to pull off to avoid taxes, he says he has church in his living room …. dirty filthy leeches on society

        • Lifesabeach

The Duggars have the same thing going on at their home.

      • Lifesabeach

Oh I couldn’t agree more! Hiding behind the guise of a church is despicable.

Honestly, if Leah didn’t have her celebrity platform I think things may have been a lot worse for her. The stories the people are telling are horrific and terrifying. And the “responses” from the “church” are so immature and childish.

Great book….Beyond Belief, My secret life inside Scientology and my harrowing escape. It was written by David Miscavage’s neice. It is very enlightening.

      • Lifesabeach

Ohhh I’m going to have to check it out! Thank you!

        • Karoline

I couldn’t put it down. You will enjoy it.

    • Why is this happening to us?

I’ve been watching. It’s very interesting and really sick what goes on. I’m glad they are exposing the “church” for what it is. I’m hoping there will be some sort of investigation that comes out of it. It’s sad that so many people gave up decades of their life and relationships with their families for Scientology. Something needs to be done. This is a step in the right direction.

      • Lifesabeach

They needed someone like Leah, with her star power, connections and doesn’t give a crap attitude, to see the light. I’m really glad she decided to take a stand and use her voice to expose this fraud of a church.

        • Why is this happening to us?

Yes, they really did need someone like her. I’m glad she is doing this and has so much support behind her. I imagine they probably want to kill her or make her life a living hell. I wonder if they will try. They are really nuts with some of the things they were doing to people. I think this is the only “religion” that uses intimidation tactics the way they do.

          • Lifesabeach

I was thinking the same thing, but if something happened to her now, all eyes would be on the church.

          • Why is this happening to us?

I guess in a way the cameras are protecting her. If anything should happen, everyone knows exactly where to look!
I wonder if they will ever find out what happened to Shelly Miscavige. So creepy that she hasn’t been seen in years…I hope she is still alive!

          • Lifesabeach

That poor woman. God only knows what’s she’s been though. After watching this show, who knows what has happened to her. Leah has every right to be concerned.

          • Why is this happening to us?

I agree. I have a feeling she might not be alive anymore- if she were, why wouldn’t they just make a video of her or have her make an appearance to appease everyone? It sounds highly suspicious to me. I hope that’s not the case, but I don’t have a good feeling about it.

    Anyone watching Little Women Dallas?

    • RealitytvJunkie

I watch. I like it. The show is surprisingly good.

  • Pmonkeefan

You guys see that radar is reporting that sobbin’ robbin’ is leaving kody?

    • Lifesabeach

I can’t read their site because the adds and pop ups jack up my phone. Though, I don’t believe it. She’s not going to leave the TLC gravy train.

    • Sandy Wood

I read it and would like to believe it, but ROL is not the most reliable source.
I think they get SW info from former friend of the family Kendra, who is apparently no longer privy to family secrets.

Christmas evening they are having a 3 hour Wedding Special covering ALL their weddings, I am so glad I have my DVR feature on my cable package, I can watch on Monday and see Drippy Dickie doing his chicken having a seizure dance at the cake tasting for him and Dudley Do-Rites wedding …. also I hope they show the slugs all pissed off because DD went with Robchin to pick out her wedding dress

    • annienonymous

I think Robyn saw that “leaving Kody” was of interest to viewers re: Meri, and she jumped on that train to the promised TLC rating land. They tend to throw everything at the wall to see what will stick
