Nathan Griffith is spiraling downward — a new domestic violence accusation making the Teen Mom 2 baby daddy a wanted man.

MTV mom, Jenelle Evans’ ex has a warrant out for his arrest, following a volatile tangle with his on-again off-again girlfriend, Jessica Henry.

A Myrtle Beach police report reveals that Henry accused Griffith of aggravated assault, in the early morning hours of December 12th.

“Upon arrival the victim stated she had a history with the offender who is her ex-boyfriend,” the report reads. “The victim stated that tonight they were at a bar together and got into a verbal dispute.”

According to the report, the argument escalated when the couple returned home. The victim told police that Griffith was at her house around 2:30 a.m.,

“The offender got on top of her and began choking her,” the report states. “The victim stated that she started yelling the involved other’s name for help.”

A roommate backs Henry’s story, going on record stating that she saw Griffith “pinning the victim down on the bed.” Supposedly, Griffith went outside and “started yelling,” making his exit before the police arrived.

The episode appears to be a disturbing repeat performance. Griffith was arrested last August, for aggravated assault and burglary, again accused of choking Henry.

“She said while she was being choked, she started gagging and was in extreme pain,” the report stated. “[The offender] choked her until the point where she could not breath.”

Jenelle Evans shares a two-year-old son with Griffith, and recently filed court papers requesting sole physical custody of the boy. Jenelle claimed that “the defendant’s mental health is not stable and that he is unable to care for the minor child.”

We will continue to follow the story, as more details emerge.
