Inside Jenelle Evans’ Latest Baby Daddy Legal Drama
Janelle Evans’ family legal problems are far from over. Recently the Teen Mom 2 star’s boyfriend and third baby-daddy, David Eason, was sentenced to 60 days in the pokey for violating a protective order when he “grabbed” his son and gave him a hug. Guess we know where he’ll be spending the holidays, but now David’s sister is in trouble with the law, too.
Court papers from the New Hanover County Clerk’s office reveal that Jessica Lenn Miller was arrested for larceny on August 29, 2016. So what did she do? Miller applied a five-finger discount to a pair of shoes from a Belk department store.
The citation, states, “[Miller} did take a pair of woman’s shoes, grey and black in color, with a retail value of $50.00”
David’s sister was not arrested by police, instead she was issued only a citation and must appear before a judge on October 27. Maybe she’ll wear her new shoes to court!
