Brandi Glanville’s Attorney Requests Joanna Krupa’s Medical Records In “Fishy” Vagina Lawsuit #RHOBH
Next week the lawsuit between former, Real Housewives of Miami star, Joanna Krupa, and Brandi Glanville will be heard by a judge — and that totally stinks for the judge.
Imagine the decisions he’s made over his prestigious career and he gets to hear a case as life-changing and thought-provoking as “personal hygiene odor.”
This whole thing started when Brandi publicly stated that Joanna had slept with Mohammed Hadid, who was then married to former RHOBH star, Yolanda Hadid, and that Joanna’s lady parts smelled “fishy.”
The verbal diarrhea against the Real Housewives of Miami alum, went down during a 2013 Watch What Happens Live episode. If you recall, Glanville impulsively blurted out that Mohamed Hadid told her that Joanna‘s lady parts reeked. Mohamed is the ex-husband of Yolanda Foster, and father of Yolanda‘s three children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar.
According to the papers filed, Glanville “knowingly made false and malicious statements that Mrs. Krupa had sexual relations with Mohamed Hadid while Mr. Hadid was in an intact marriage to Yolanda Foster.”
The question being considered by Judge Jerald Bagely next week pertains to the medical records of the ex-Real Housewives of Miami as requested by ex-Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2000 to the present time. Plainly put, Brandi’s lawyers want Joanna to prove she’s never been treated for any vaginal odor conditions in the past 16-years.
Typically medical records are protected, but Joanna is suing Brandi for slander and when you’re requesting money for punitive damages, medical records can be deposed.
Brandi’s attorney, Susan Warner, stated, “[The motion] isn’t designed to embarrass Ms. Krupa.” Adding, “I’ll just let it speak for itself.”
The motion reads, “’Ms. Krupa has placed her own body parts and their physical condition squarely at issue ‘in this case by claiming Glanville made a false statement about her vagina.”
What a whiff of embarrassment. But Joanna’s attorney, Ray Rafool, insists the request is “overly broad” and made with purpose of “harassing the model.”
Rafool said, “Joanna’s medical condition has nothing to do with this case. It’s just Glanville trying to put pressure on Joanna to drop the case.”
