It’s official. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice, is off house arrest. As of February 5, the ankle monitor bling is bye-bye.

Her lawyer, James Leonard Jr., who is in constant contact (cough, cough) with his client, released this statement.

“Effective this morning, Teresa is no longer subject to the parameters of home confinement. She is now free in all aspects from the custodial portion of her sentence. The restitution has been paid in full and what remains is a two-year period of supervised release, the terms of which we will remain in full compliance with.”

After being released from Danbury on Dec 23, Teresa was required to complete her 15-month sentence for fraud under house arrest, leaving her residence only for the occasional outing. Like grocery shopping, visiting family, seeing her parole officer, or filming a quick segment for Bravo. Teresa can now come and go from her house without seeking permission.

Teresa is very much looking forward to closing this dark chapter in her life and moving forward both personally and professionally,” the statement concluded.

Teresa’s new memoir, Turning the Tables, will be released on Tuesday, Feb 9 with scheduled interviews at Good Morning America and Watch What Happens Live. As long as Teresa stays within the tri-state area of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, she is in compliance with her probation. No word if husband, Joe Giudice, will join her for these live interviews.
