‘Teen Mom OG’ Star Maci Bookout Pays Off More Than $80K In Federal Tax Debt
Teen Mom OG star, Maci Bookout, is taking care of old debts and is officially making nice with Uncle Sam. A spokesperson for Hamilton County’s Register of Deeds, in Bookout’s native Tennessee confirms that federal tax liens totaling more than $80k were settled last July. Maci’s massive tax bills were reported last year, as well as rumors alleging that she was making little progress in paying down the sizable debt.

Bookout’s recent memoir, Bulletproof, counters the notion that MTV has made her a wealthy reality star. Bookout claims to have gotten the “sh*t end of the deal,” by gaining fame, without the fortune of a television star.
“The fact is, my real life isn’t that much different from what it would have been without MTV,” Maci wrote. “I still live in Chattanooga and go to Wal-Mart and buy bread and milk.”
Maci lives with her second baby daddy, boyfriend Taylor McKinney, their baby daughter Jayde, and her six-year old son Bentley, whose father is her ex, Ryan Edwards.
