The wait is almost over. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice, is set to be sprung from federal prison, and the reality diva is expected to hit the ground running. People magazine is giving us a sneak peek at the criminal Bravo star’s upcoming prison memoir, a read which promises to reveal a “new Teresa.”

“People think they know everything about me … but they don’t. Not even close,” writes Giudice, 43, in a release.

The book follows Giudice’s rise to reality fame, her behind the scenes family life, and her current prison sentence. She is scheduled to be released in December, after spending almost a year behind bars. The book is to feature scanned pages of her prison diary, which are supposed to detail slammer life, and how the mother of four managed to cope, during the most difficult period of her life.

Writes Giudice: “The world will see a new Teresa. A different Teresa. Well, actually, the Teresa I always was.”

The book is cleverly entitled, “Turning the Tables,” a clever play on words, marketing the notion that Teresa’s table flipping ways have been rehabilitated. How adorable…as is the Jersey-whore retro photo that graces the cover. Hey, just a suggestion…perhaps a “changed Teresa” means actually springing for an updated photo…after her in-house Bravo makeover, of course.

Photoshop could erase that unsightly ankle bracelet, and at least the public would be offered half-genuine visual. If the book seeks to tell the honest story, can we expect a chapter titled, “Cooking the Books? Do you think the public will break out their wallets, to read such a dreary tale?
