The overhyped and anti-climatically timed Bravo interview with Real Housewives of Orange County personality, Brooks Ayers, aired last night. Andy Cohen sat down with Ayers to hit him with questions surrounding his cancer controversy, and the alleged involvement of his then girlfriend, and star of the franchise, Vicki Gunvalson. Cohen was snookered by Brooks when he later interviewed with Entertainment Tonight.

That interview eclipsed this supposed bombshell tell-all, which barely whispered like two deflating flat tires. Ayers stuck it to Andy, which always deserves a little woo-hoo! in my book. The main points are as follows.

x1) Brooks and Vicki have broken up.  They tried counseling, tons of red wine, and gagging Briana, but nothing worked.  Their issues were too deep, Briana was too conflict-heavy, and Brooks sealed his fate from the get-go, by canoodling with a married woman, and mouthing off like a drunken ass. Brooks is moving to Florida, and hopefully will never be seen on our televisions again. Brooks and Vicki are relieved, but Vicki is also supposedly heartbroken. Brooks believes that Vicki needs to set her whoop-it-up radar on someone who doesn’t repulse her daughter.

x2) Brooks is still claiming to have cancer.  He says he is being treated by chemo and alternative medicine, which have both been working like a charm. Jim Bellino gets a shout-out, for having a physician who acted as Brooks’ prototype. Brooks still claims his records are legit, and that two flat tires, and Bravo’s shoddy production kept him from seeing Miss Grey Goose’s doctor.

x3) According to Brooks, Vicki is a major people pleaser, who sometimes misspeaks, to gain favor with whomever is in the room. Ayers said emphatically in the ET interview, that Vicki had no knowledge that he  falsified records, or of his lies about being treated for cancer at City of Hope. Brooks confirmed that Vicki’s hands are clean. Vicki believes in love, trusted the wrong man, and is seeking to move on.

x4) Brooks claims that two shady ex-girlfriends joined forces, to falsely sell that his favorite hobby is faking a deadly illness.

x5) Brooks blames the others on the cast for creating constant conflict.  He forgives Tamra for being eternally meddling, but doesn’t trust her double-dealing blabber mouth.  He notes that Terry and Heather have been great to him, and that Shannon is self-absorbed. He comments that Meghan can eff off, and should listen to her Papa Jim once in awhile.   Brooks believes that the bitchy women are not real friends to Vicki, and that Vicki allows herself to be controlled by the noisy gossip.

Brooks never stopped guzzling ice water, which I assume is an example of a liar’s body language. He also looked like he wanted to smack the contrived, blank look off of Andy Cohen’s face, and probably had ET on the phone before he left the building. That’s a wrap folks, and I hope this is the last we ever see of Brooks Ayers.
