According to a new legal document filed by Brown’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, Bobbi Kristina Brown died due to “injection of a toxic mixture” administered by Nick Gordon. “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture,” stated in the court filing. Hargrove’s suit also claims Brown died “after a particularly violent altercation with the Defendant (Gordon) which left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out.”

The latest documents were in response to a motion filed by Gordon asking the court to stop the lawsuit claiming he caused the “wrongful death” of the 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. In the original August lawsuit – which was amended after Brown’s death – there was no mention of an injection.

Bobbi Kristina Brown died on July 26, six months after she was found unresponsive in her Roswell, Georgia home she shared with Gordon.
