Ever wonder why Teresa Giudice hated Clay Aiken on Season 12 of Celebrity Apprentice? Now we know why, thanks to comedian and celebrity roaster, Lisa Lampanelli! Turns out Lisa was behind all of the friction.
She explained how it all went down. “One morning, like six weeks in to the show I’m super tired, and at four AM my makeup artist comes in. And she goes, Lisa, listen to this. Everyone in wardrobe is saying that Teresa from the “Real Housewives,” who was also on the show with me, you know the one in jail now, they’re all saying Theresa’s definitely pregnant because her stomach appears to be getting bigger. So I’m like, I need to investigate this. Cuz I need to be in on all the tea, honey.”
Spill that tea, Lisa!
“I look at her stomach and it did appear a little bit, I don’t know, bigger than usual. So, I grab my phone and I text Aubrey O’Day, who is also on the show with me I said, check out the gut on Theresa. The word is she’s knocked up again. And that’s all we need, another one of those kids running around. Cause you know, her kids aren’t exactly sweet. I hit send, and at the exact second that I I pressed the word send, I realize, I sent that freaking text to Teresa.”
Oops! But don’t worry, Lisa has a plan.
“Thank God I am a genius, which proves why I should have won the Celebrity Apprentice cuz my mind starts racing. We’ve all done it. We’ve all pressed send in an email that we didn’t mean to send or Her text and I start freaking out. But I’m smart. So I look at Theresa, and she’s looking around. And I go to her, check out your phone. And I texted her again. I said, the text you just received was one I’m forwarding to you from one of your teammates. Its. I’m not gonna throw anyone under the bus right now, but all I have to say is, keep your eye on Clay Aiken.”
Lisa is a genius!
“And to this day, Clay Aiken doesn’t know that that’s why Theresa hated him. I escaped unscathed, until now. She’s probably gonna kill me when she gets out of jail. I love you Theresa.”
Don’t worry, Lisa! We’re pretty sure Teresa will have her hands full when she’s released and won’t have time to send the hate, hate, hate your way.
