The cast of “Southern Charm” rallied on July 19 for a very worthy cause. The cast came together to raise funds following the deadly June shooting at the Emanuel AME in Charleston, South Carolina.

The night was a success! Charmers raised $17,500 with all proceeds going to the Community United Fund, according to local reports. The fund guarantees that the money goes directly to each individual family affected by the tragedy.

The event included a three-course dinner at Sermet’s on King Street was accompanied by live entertainment from Charlton Singleton and the Joe Clark Band. A number of items were also available for auction.

The night featured appearances from “Southern Charm,” stars including J.D., Cameran Eubanks, Shep Rose, and Landon Clements, who spoke to the Daily Dish ahead of the big night.

“In my opinion Charleston has really banded together following the tragedy,” Shep said. “It’s been amazing to see people showing their sympathy and support.”
