Teresa Giudice is just flat out of luck. According to In Touch Magazine, any hope of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star being released early from her federal prison stint in  Danbury Connecticut, have been dashed.

A source close to the reality couple tells the magazine, it was none other than her bumbling hubby Joe, who blew her big chance.

“Teresa and Joe had a deal on the table that would reduce Joe’s sentence and get Teresa out early.” The insider added,  “[Teresa] was expecting to be out in time for the full holiday season, ad even thought there was a chance she’d be home for summer. She thought she’d be able to be under house arrest until the end of her sentence in February, and be home with the kids.”

The tipster goes on to spill that it was Joe Giudice himself, who wrecked Teresa’s bid for an early homecoming,

“As usual, Joe screwed everything up,” the insider claimed. “He met with the feds and the whole thing fell apart during those meetings because of the things he said.”

If Teresa had dreams of being sprung from the slammer by summer, Joe certainly wasn’t the only confused one!  The source asserts that the deal is currently off the table, ensuring that as of now, Teresa can look forward to a couple of more changing seasons, from behind bars.

If this is true, GOOD! Stay in prison FELON! She should be happy she didn’t get MORE time. The judge let her off easy.

    • MidwestMiddie

We’ll have to wait to find out. I just read that Teresa will be home by December 23rd – in her house!!!! I would LOVE for this family to be out of their ugly mini-mansion before she is released and she should have to finish her time in a Half-Way House.
The judge was far too easy on her.

      • Bad Barbie

Yes but this article is as bogus as the chupacabra. There is no negotiating after a plead deal is sealed and she is already serving time.

        • WestCoastFeed

This is over her chance to ask for the final 10% of her sentence to be served under house arrest. Her lawyer has said that he will request it, or that he already has requested it. I just don’t believe that anything Joe says would make a difference.

  • WaWaWaWHAT!

Joe said…’We scammed the banks, the government…’who cares, fuhgeddaboudit…’

    Feds said…DENIED!!!

    • colleen

We’ re good people. Old school. Deez Dem Doze ((these, them, those)

  • colleen

Seriously, do you think this is true? Or was the Source dippin’ into the Faballeni

  • italiano bambino

Why so early let her enjoy her vacation in prison 😛

  • twifan2

Calling bull crap on this story!
The Juicys signed their plea deal on Oct.2, 2014! DONE deal.

    • Raine Woman

Make some room on that DONE deal sofa for me, twi! Although I would love it if it’s true! 🙂

      • twifan2

        Hi Hi Raine! 🙂
You want her out ‘early’, Raine? o.0

        • Raine Woman

NO! Like you I think a plea is a plea (but I have no fancy initials after my name like Stacy) and it’s a done deal. On the off chance she had a shot of getting out early for home arrest, I’m glad her moronic husband blew that for her!

Now, get back to drinking so my comments make sense! 😀

          • twifan2

            CHEERS! Raine! ;D
This ‘sobriety’ is for the strong willed-not me. 😉

BUT, no way Juicy can/could strike up a deal. They BOTH signed their life over to the Feds in Oct. 😀
She’s just going to have to cozy up with Big Bertha for a while longer! ;D

Negotiation stage was like 3 seasons ago.

    • Bad Barbie

For real. LOL people watch too much law and order. Unless the Guidices are bringing down the whole state of NJ, collaborating with the gov and not even.

  • Bad Barbie

#LIES!!!!!!!!! This story is garbage. There is no negotiations after a plead deal is sealed.

  • WestCoastFeed

What could Joe have said that would impact Teresa’s chance of getting early release? I don’t believe this story.

    • RonnieIsBack

      She’s pregnant…

  • cait

Judge Salas is probably consulting with that famously brilliant, top-notch, (The Attorney General won’t make a move without checking with me !) LIAR, Dim MarcSleazy on this case !

    • WestCoastFeed

Hi, cait. Did you catch any of the Wall Street Journal interview with the fabulous Jim? Somehow Jim’s pr rep arranged this coup for him. It’s about a year-old whistleblowing case he won for his firm, along with some weasely remarks Jim made about Bravo filming him with Teresa.

      • twifan2

I saw it & was laughing at how JimBooB came off! 😀

        • WestCoastFeed

He’s been tweeting up a storm about it. And trolling for mentions. This guy is just too much. How self-absorbed can one person be? He’s as bad as Bruce Jenner.

          • twifan2

He should ask the Juicy fambly for PR tips! 😀
ITA about the Bruce Jenner thing!

      • twifan2

        😀

        • WestCoastFeed

          She nailed him.

          • twifan2

            ‘Cause he’s all man!? 😀

She really did a great job on him. 🙂

      • cait

The only stuff I heard, like that, was when he, criminally, placed fraudulent cancer drugs on a medically approved list, which allowed these duff drugs to be prescribed to cancer sufferers ! He then got his cut of the proceeds before dobbing all the other guys in and collecting his $2m reward ! His punishment, apparently was that he didn’t get $7m ! He should have been stripped of any connection with the legal profession !

  • WestCoastFeed

A phone call to Teresa’s attorney would clarify this immediately. He is the one who has or will request the early release.

  • cait

Judge: ” Right Mrs Guidice, we are going to increase your punitive sentence, as this is a serious matter ! YOU are going home to Demonia, today, and you will both be under strict house arrest, TOGETHER !”

  • ♥♥♥ Tigerlily ·.¸¸.·*¨·.·.¸¸.

As far as I know, the Feds require you to do 85% of you time. That would be February 2016, then Teresa is supposed to go to a half-way house for 6 months, (I believe), & probation for 2 years. So unless it’s gonna be a new charge? I doubt there is anything Juicy could do to impact Tersa’s sentencing for or against. I call BS on ROL again.

    • WestCoastFeed

Once she has served 90% of her time, then she is eligible to for the last 10% to be spent at a halfway house or under house arrest. That would have her released just before Christmas. But her lawyer is the one to arrange this and Joe would have zero impact on it.

      • ♥♥♥ Tigerlily ·.¸¸.·*¨·.·.¸¸.

        Thanks West.

    • Raine Woman

Hi’ya Tiger! I just had the same thought. Hypothetically speaking…what if Joe was negotiating with the Feds to try and reduce additional time he and Teresa could be facing stemming from additional charges. Say…anything from perjury to insurance fraud. Again, just a hypothetical thought…

      Hope you’re well! 🙂

  • WestCoastFeed

Not that it matters much, but others are crediting In Touch for this story, not Life & Style magazine.

  • RonnieIsBack

He said: Yews knows the bish is as shady as her forehead waxer. Fuggidabout Her!

    • cait

Some of her weaves must have been attached to her forehead hair, causing that awful Planet of the Apes effect, hence the prison photo was more attractive

  • bellaboo

If this is the case about her getting an early release then its weird that nothing has been said AT ALL (or maybe i just dont know about it) ive always heard the release was for feb 2016. Am i wrong??

    • WestCoastFeed

Her lawyer has talked about getting her out before Christmas by using the Second Chance Act, or at least, I think that’s what it is called. Once 90% of her sentence has been finished. she can ask for that last 10% to be done under house arrest, or at a half-way house. But that’s between Teresa and the court to decide. I can’t see how Juicy would have anything to do with it.
