The wait is almost over for debut of “Real Housewives of New York City!”

Finally we will re-join the ladies who put the fun in dysfunction! Here’s just a little back story on what to expect this season. Bethenny Frankel is back and in the middle of her divorce, dealing with the fallout and trying to find a home to begin her new life. Luann de Lesseps is throwing a party in her new home in the Hamptons and will ignite the infamous quote, “Be cool. Don’t be all, like, uncool.” Ramona Singer is dealing with her separation from Mario, trying to move forward with unexpected shoulder to cry on. Heather Thomson is “done” with one of the housewives and will no longer be an enabler. Kristen Taekman is still finding her voice but having issues with the new, and very rich, housewife, Dorinda Medley, who is living two separate lives. Sonja Morgan is still her “wacky” self but in the “fight of her life.” Watch a preview of tonight’s episode below:

Carole is struggling to meet a deadline from her publisher and will have an emotional time in London as she deals with a matter relating to her late husband, Anthony Radizwill.

In fact, did you know that Carole considered not returning to RHONY? She spoke to E! News and said,

“Last year was toxic for a lot of us. It was just more obvious with me, but it wasn’t a great environment. It got very nasty and dark. Clearly the audience was not into that.” Carole explained, “I felt like last year, last season was really unpleasant and honestly, I thought about it. Like, ‘I can’t do this again. These women are just not like me and we don’t have anything in common. I can’t go through this again.’”

So what can we expect this year? Carole had the following to say,

“This year it’s more Shakespearean. It’s highs and lows with a thread of comedy going through the whole thing. There are a lot of women, first of all, and there’s a lot of emotion. A lot of crying—even I cried!” She added, “Emotions ran really deep and it was real. But then there were really fun times, too.”

After all is said and done, how does Carole feel about being part of RHONY Season 7?

“I’m glad I did, I had a really good time this season. It was fun, even though there was drama and silliness and tears.” She concluded, “I laughed, I cried, I met a handsome man, so, it couldn’t be better than that.”
