The adventures of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” continue this week as we bounce back and forth between NYC. In New York, Nene Leakes continues with preparations for her Broadway debut. She has a costume fitting for her Broadway debut. Back in the Philippines, where the rest of the cast remembers what it feels like to actually have fun with each other, as some continue to work thorough relationship issues. Phaedra and Kenya come together in a discussion that changes the dynamics of the group.

Kenya and Phaedra have a long awaited sit down, and work to hash out their deep seeded issues, one on one. Meanwhile, the other women grab the chance to clown around about what could be going down, during this long overdue showdown.

What would a Bravo trip be without shopping? The cast takes on the local market, and checks out exotic produce, seafood, and  Kenya even comes across a sister twirler!

The glitz of Broadway combined with the exotic flavor of the Philippines continues tonight, as the round the world fun continues!

Everything Phaedra is going through, and Kenya has to find a way to make it about herself. It’s where the cameras/real life drama are. So goes Kenya.

I’ve read that right after the season wrapped filming, Fake went on a publicity tour bashing Kenya, Claudia, and Cynthia. It’s apparent the “make up” scene was either scripted or either Fake and Kenya or one or the other was disingenuous with their apology.
This vicious cycle of re-manufacturing drama is what’s killing the housewives franchise. Whatever happened to spontaneity and allowing the women to live their lives on camera. This backstabbing, name-calling, and the degradation of other women is not entertaining.

I really enjoyed the clip of the women shopping at the outdoor food market. This is what the housewives franchise use to feature on a regular basis in the beginning of the season. Now it’s nothing but fighting, name-calling, and ridiculous rumors.
This franchise has run it’s course.
