Joe Giudice will drive another day!

According to Miles Feinstein, attorney for Joe Giudice, the sentencing of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star on driver’s license fraud charges has been rescheduled  for Thursday, April 2.

Feinstein has confirmed that Giudice will appear before Paterson Superior Court Judge Adam Jacobs at 2 p.m. Don’t hold your breath, this case has more delays than an airline!

The sentencing, originally scheduled for today, was delayed because of a health problem involving one of the lawyers working on the case.

On Thursday, April 2, the judge will determine the length of the reality stars suspension. There is a minimum of six months and could be up to two years.

This past October, Giudice pled guilty and accepted an 18-month plea deal for using his brother’s marriage and birth certificates in 2010 to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunken driving conviction.Giudice will start serving his 18-month sentence in 2016 after his wife, Teresa Giudice is released from prison after serving her 15-month prison sentence. Joe’s prison term will be served concurrently, which essentially means, he will not serve any additional time to his 3.5 year federal prison sentence.
