Joe Giudice will drive another day!

The sentencing, originally scheduled for today, was delayed because of a health problem involving one of the lawyers working on the case.

On Thursday, April 2, the judge will determine the length of the reality stars suspension. There is a minimum of six months and could be up to two years.

This past October, Giudice pled guilty and accepted an 18-month plea deal for using his brother’s marriage and birth certificates in 2010 to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunken driving conviction.Giudice will start serving his 18-month sentence in 2016 after his wife, Teresa Giudice is released from prison after serving her 15-month prison sentence. Joe’s prison term will be served concurrently, which essentially means, he will not serve any additional time to his 3.5 year federal prison sentence.

    OH HE77 NO! >(
I want my 20 lbs of flesh!

  • This troll has 9 lives I’m convinced. This case is unbelievable at this point. I’m truly speechless. I bet he’ll get another delay come Thursday.

    • twifan2

      WTHeck is up with that?!

      • I think Joe may have paid someone off to push the delays. Who knows….he’s a shady character.

        • twifan2

          ‘Paid off’ with what?! :/
          Oh yes…his good looks! 😀

          • His secret stash. The same stash he’s using to pay his lawyer.

          • twifan2

Could the sate of New Jersey be held partly accountable, if Juicy hurts/kills some while driving still under the influence? The court is letting him loose on the roads.

    • Marsbars09

LOL at Joe hating 9 lives.
It appears at this point they’ll delay the trial if somebody sneezes. SMH.

    • Jennymckitty

At this point I’d believe anything is possible. The judge may just let him keep his them until he goes “away”

  • twifan2

HOW is Juicy paying these lawyers!? They don’t work cheap!

  • Dave

WTF? I give up. This bastard has 9 lives. I’m convinced the state of New Jersey is determined for this man to keep his license and drive drunk.

    • twifan2

I say we move to Jersey, so we can all drive while under the influence!

      • Dave

I know many people that have had their licenses suspended immediately for lesser offenses. NJ courts are not. It seems Joe is being shown leniency and getting special treatment because he’s “famous.”

        • twifan2

How is he even getting an insurance company to cover him!?
AND if he does have insurance, just how much is he paying!?

          • Dave

Kim G said she had his plates ran and the vehicle he was driving was listed under someone else. I doubt he’s insurable.

          • MorningYawn

NJ insurance us crazy high to begin with… Can you imagine!!??!!

    • Karma

      Hi Dave
LMAO you just made no spit my Tea all over my phone 9 lives funny but true.

  • RealitytvJunkie

I’m still utterly bewildered by the courts allowing him to drive after he pled guilty. Logically, it would seem the judge would have revoked his license at the juncture. Why have delay after delay if the outcome is predetermined.

    • Just a jersey girl

If this was at a municipal level it would have been taken immediately, but the county courts take forever.

  • twifan2

Where’s a good guillotine when you need one! :/

  • Marsbars09

The New Jersey court system is a joke. The sentencing was delayed because one of the lawyers was sick? Really?
What difference does it make if one attorney can’t make it to the sentencing?

  • WestCoastFeed

This is the judge who told Juicy that his deportation was a “virtual certainty.” That gives me hope.

  • Karma

I think Joe’ nickname shouldn’t be Juicy it should be Teflon Joe.

I think this judge if or when this goes to court will give Teflon Joe the highest sentance I’m guessing he’ll def get 2yrs.

    • Marsbars09

Teflon Joe is the perfect name for this punk.

      • Karma

Thanks hun honestly nothing sticks on this guy so I thought he should be called Teflon Joe not Juicy

I can believe this chit! This phucker needs to play the lotto, daily. He’s got more lives than a cat.
NJ get your ish together & get this menace off the roads already. FFS!

    • T’s Martini Lounge

If this was me, I’d have my license revoked, and possibly in jail. Its all such BS.

      • ♥♥♥ Tigerlily ·.¸¸.·*¨·.·.¸¸.

T’s we’d already be sitting in Rikers or Rahway! LOL

  • T’s Martini Lounge

Still can’t believe he is getting away with this – he won’t stop driving. He doesn’t care, he’s already headed to the pokey, so what is there to lose? So if he goes out on April Fools Day to the strip club (as usual), gets loaded (as usual), drives and kills a bunch of innocent people, thats ok, I guess? So sick of this POS A-HOLE!

  • Romperroom

Up until Teresa went to prison they were the Teflon couple. Certainly reality has hit home for the extended family and Teresa. Joe will do as he pleases regardless of what the county court decides. If they revoke his license he will drive anyway, he has nothing to lose. I cannot wait for his 41 month sentence to begin and hope I’m still alive to see his deportation. I don’t feel one bit sorry for them.

  • Joe has more lives than a cat. I’m convinced that when it’s time to go to jail, the prisoners will hold a riot or something and burn the place down, then his sentencing will be delayed.

  • Sophia Z.

Some people just never learn values.

  • Trippinhhard

Joe is one lucky man, who is paying fir good lawyers, his ass should have been in jail a long time ago…… The breaks are over fir him and Teresa. I wonder what that facial hair and her head looks like, without all the treatments. Don’t pass go,mto straight to jail where you belong.,
