More Fraud = NO Wheels for Joe Giudice!

Not only has the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star received a 3.5 year prison sentence for fraud but he’s got a new problem to deal with.

Miles Feinstein, attorney for Joe Giudice has confirmed to Access Hollywood that the RHONJ star will lose his driver’s license on March 31.

Feinstein also said Giudice will, “have to hire someone” to transport himself and his girls around town and take them to school.

The judge will determine the length of the suspension on March 31. There is a minimum of six months and could be up to two years.

This past October, Giudice pled guilty and accepted an 18-month plea deal for using his brother’s marriage and birth certificates in 2010 to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunken driving conviction.Giudice will start serving his 18-month sentence in 2016 after his wife, Teresa Giudice is released from prison after serving her 15-month prison sentence. Joe’s prison term will be served concurrently, which essentially means, he will not serve any additional time to his 3.5 year federal prison sentence.
