Bobby Brown Can’t Pull The Plug — Says God Will Save Bobbi Kristina

Removing life support is a gut-wrenching decision no parent ever wants to make. Sources say that Bobby Brown is “adamant” that he does not want to remove his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, from life support because “he believes in God-driven miracles.”

According to doctors, they have not offered hope and have given the recommendation that removing her life support is the appropriate course of action. But it seems that Bobbi Brown is not alone in the decision to continue all efforts, the entire Brown family is “deeply religious” and believe in miracles.

Bobbi Kristina’s condition has largely remained unchanged, her brain functions are said to be minimal, and no improvement has occurred since Monday morning. Bobbi Kristina was moved to another hospital, Emory University, on Tuesday, but so far their team of doctors have not been able to diagnose something more hopeful.

Family sources say that it time Bobbi Brown will most likely come around and follow the doctors’ orders, but for now it’s too soon and he’s “not budging.”

If a miracle is going to happen it will happen whether she is on life support or not.

    • RoundAbout

Agree completely. Just hoping this won’t become another Jahi McMath situation.

    • chacha1

it would be horrible if this turns into a Terry Shiavo fiasco

  • I love that pic above of the family. Praying for Krissy but Bobby will likely pull the plug soon.

  • Janet

Does anybody think Bobby has a date in mind that he will pull the plug? Like on the day Whitney died. Or do you think he will do it sooner than that? No right or wrong answer just wonder what you all think.

    • chacha1

I hope he sends his baby to her mothers loving arms on the 11th if there is absolutely no hope

Having been in the position of having to make the decision to remove life support from a loved one as their medical advocate, I know, to some degree, what it must be like. However, the person was elderly, having lived a long and full life and it was time. I can’t even imagine what it must be like to make that decision about one’s own daughter, especially so young with so much of her life in front of her. That decision for Bobby Brown, whatever way he decides, will weigh on him heavily for the rest of his life. Such a tragedy and so very sad.

I hope he gets his miracle. I hope his faith will strengthen him & help him find some solace during this terrible crisis.
Sadly I don’t think it will happen, but I wish Bobbi Kristina peace.
It is such a tragedy that this happened. She is just 21 with her whole life ahead of her. Just sad.

    • Marsbars09

Hi T-lily. You’re comment is profound. I never thought BK really stood a chance of a normal life with having two addicts as parents. She was born into dysfunction and never experienced a normal, loving family.

      • ♥♥♥ Tigerlily ·.¸¸.·*¨·.·.¸¸.

        Hi Marsie. Thanks.
I honestly do hope he gets his miracle. Unfortunately, from what I know. The odds seem to be against her.
I have to agree. I am certain there are many factors that went into setting Bobbi Kristina on this turbulent path. Including both her parents & their addictions. I doubt there were many limits or boundaries set for her growing up & I believe this helped feed the chaos in her life. I just hope she can find peace. Whether in this life, (or taking into consideration her father’s faith.), in the next.

Had a sweet friend who felt unwell one morning and she called 911 – they came but she was w/o oxygen too long. They put her in a ASL facililty. I was traveling when friends contacted me – she was still alive when I got back but I knew by visiting she wasn’t really there anymore. It’s very sad!!

      • Babson_Chick

        Exactly!!

    • Hi Tiger! Hope you’re having a peaceful and relaxing weekend.

  • chacha1

I just read that Nick Gordon and his friend MAX have lawyered up, Max wants immunity…(.clipped>)
.We’re told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains. This was done one hour before the ambulance was called

    • I knew it! I am not surprised. There’s something very fishy about this whole case. And I don’t think Nick and the friend were out then came home and found Krissy.

      • Marsbars09

Hi Doc! Long time no hear from.
I too think this story reeks. If no drugs were found in BK’s system, how did she end up face down in a tub full of water? What do you think happened?

        • cait

          They didn’t live there !

          • Marsbars09

            Huh?

          • cait

Bobbi and Nick are separated, I read that he doesn’t live in the house.

          • Marsbars09

You typed “they” didn’t live there. You made if sound like BK died in someone else’s townhouse.

          • cait

            Sorry, Mars, realised that afterwards.

          • Marsbars09

            No worries. 🙂

      • Babson_Chick

Hi Doc!!! Hope you’ve been well.

        • Hi Babs! How have you been my lovely friend?

          • Babson_Chick

Doing fab thanks!! Planning my next big trip to……..guess where

      • Norrth

Hi Doc. Do you know if this guy Nick was allegedly using drugs with Bobbi Christina? Did the family mistrust him because he was sober and keeping her issues going? They’ve known him for so long (and I’ve never followed their story). It’s all so strange to hear, now. What a sad sad mess.

        • Marsbars09

Hi Norrth! I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick was using. I definitely believe he enabled her in some way.

    • Guest

BS…..if she had been w/out oxygen for a solid hour, face down in the tub, there is NO way they would’ve ever gotten her heart beating again, and then able to intubate her breathing. Your new-found story/info is bs. Period.

      • Geez…that’s harsh. Chacha is only sharing what she read. She didn’t make it up.

        • Wendy Owen

Exactly. Here’s the down low: Alleged altercation one hour before Bobbi was found in the bathtub at 9 am by Nick’s friend, Max. How did he find her? Well, Nick disappeared in the house for about an hour. Cable guy came at 10 am and needed to get into the bedroom. Max let him in and that’s when they — Max and Cable Guy — found Bobbi and yelled for Nick. Others say Nick answered the door and hung with Cable Guy, while Max went upstairs to look for Bobbi, and found her dead. They’ve both lawyered up so no one really knows. 911 was called at approximately 10:25 a.m., so that would be 25 minutes after Cable Guy showed up. His lawyer claims Max called 911 immediately upon finding Bobbi and he was alone. So, who really knows?

          • Thanks, Wendy. The details are very suspicious. I said from the beginning there was some foul play involved and Nick had something to do with it. I also saw on the news, Krissy has some bruises the doc’s can’t explain how she got them and Nick cleaned up blood before the police got there.

          • Wendy Owen

thx roo! I just put together a very wordy piece with all the details i could find from different sources and sent it to our editor, so we’ll see if it gets posted. i’m not great at being succinct! 🙂

    • Marsbars09

I’ve never trusted Nick being involved with BK. I hope it’s not true that they aren’t married.

  • Marsbars09

This has got to be one of the hardest days of Bobby Brown’s life. He probably knows in his heart his daughter won’t make it, but he just can’t bring himself to end life support.
I’m surprised but not shocked of Bobbi Kristina’s predicament. I never thought she coped well with her mother’s death. I also don’t think she got the proper guidance and support from her loved ones.
Whatever the outcome is I hope Bobbi Kristina finds peace.

    • Hey Marsie. Hope all is well on your end 🙂

      • Marsbars09

Hey Doc! I just hollered at you down below.
I’m sad to report one of my aunts passed away last week of cancer. On top of that my co-worker’s husband is terminally ill with cancer. It’s been a tough couple of weeks I must say. It feels good to be chatting with AATT family.

        • Babson_Chick

Hey Mars – sorry to hear this – sending you hugs!!

          • Marsbars09

            Thank you Babs!

        • Rochelle Barozzi

Hugz sweetie. How hard. Prayers going out!

          • Marsbars09

            Thank you Rochelle.

        • Oh no!! I’m so very sorry to hear this. My deepest condolences to you and your family. Xo (((((Hugs))))

          • Marsbars09

            Thank you Doc.

        • Wendy Owen

          prayers for you, mars. <3

          • Marsbars09

            Thank you Wendy.

        • chacha1

          so sorry 🙁

          • Marsbars09

            Thank you chacha.

    • Babson_Chick

      Ditto!!

  • She Stinks!

I hope this doesn’t turn into another Sunny Von Bulow, Karen Quinlan or Terry Schiavo story.

    • Addie2U

Sunny Von Bulow & Karen Quinlan — now those are 2 names I haven’t heard in years but I clearly remember their stories. Actually the Von Bulow case happened 26 miles from my home.

  • Babson_Chick

This whole story is just sad. Don’t trust Nick and his friend – hope the real truth comes out.

    • Marsbars09

I don’t know if you are aware Babs, but the police are currently investigating BK’s “accident” as foul play.

      • Didn’t I say that boy had something to do with it and got jumped on for saying it.

        • Marsbars09

          You called it right Doc.

        • Babson_Chick

IMO no one should jump on someone unless they say something horrible in a personal way. Haven’t heard anything nice about Nick for years and assume that BK always got her way with things.

      • Babson_Chick

Yes I’m following this closely – something or somebody is not right!!!

  • ChristianMotherofAte

I hope Bobbie Brown is praying to a monkey god, and not a human oriented god. Lord knows, GOD ain’t featuring these monkey looking monkey brained fools. Vile pieces of human refuse.

  • Norrth

I would want to save my child by any means necessary, so I know this is an emotional reaction, but it truly seems hopeless. When I read that she was face down for five minutes I wondered how it would be possible for her to recover. I am guessing he will learn to let go and let her move on, but it is still nothing but tragic.

    • Marsbars09

      Agreed.

  • Marsbars09

I don’t know if anybody knows this, but Bobbi Kristina’s grandma Cissy Houston arrived at the hospital last night to visit her.
Cissy is in frail health herself. This must be especially hard on her as she lost her daughter Whitney three years ago and she’s about to lose her granddaughter. I wonder if this is a sign that Bobbi Kris won’t be around much longer… :/

  • cait

Find it a tad unnerving that Nick was the one who found Whitney dead in the bath, then got extremely angry when he wasn’t named in her will ! “To my foster son, Nick, who wished to be remembered in my will, HI NICK !”

  • cait

They’re now saying Krissy has head injuries !
