The “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” star Kenya Moore, was backed into a corner on this week’s episode as she was caught off guard and forced to confront Porsha Williams, at a filmed social gathering, arranged by NeNe Leakes.

Since the reunion smack down, where Porsha yanked Kenya to the ground by her hair, there had been no apology, resolution, or closure between the two women. NeNe knows how to push buttons and get the drama ball rolling, and Kenya spoke up about what she labeled a ‘set up’ in her Bravo blog.

“Although NeNe has barely spoken to me this season, I wasn’t surprised to learn that she invited her new BFF to drinks. I also wasn’t shocked to see that despite it all, she still refuses to apologize for her violent actions. This is after NeNe, Phaedra, and Andy (to name a few) have all suggested she do so.”

Kenya was the one who took the initiative of extending the olive branch to the stubborn hair yanker, she grabbed the blogging opportunity to share her viewpoint on forgiveness, as well as how she has decided to move on from dragged out mess.

“When you forgive someone it isn’t for the other person, it’s for YOU. The dichotomy of forgiveness doesn’t excuse their behavior. Forgiveness prevents their behavior from destroying your heart. Although an acknowledgement is not an apology, you can’t shame someone into remorse, contrition, or penitence.  Some people like to stay stuck in hatred and only feed off negativity in order to continue to promote abhorrence for me. With that being said, I take full responsibility for my actions but do not require an apology in order to move on from this cycle of hate.”

Kenya wraps her blog by quoting Maya Angelou, and challenges her readers to rise above the hate in 2015. Twirl on THAT Porsha…if you can keep from being arrested long enough to twirl on anything!
