Breaking News: Wendy Feldman Quits As PR Crisis Manager To Teresa Giudice

Posted on Oct 21 2014 - 12:09am by BeachSpin

Teresa Wendy

Teresa Giudice has pissed off many women over the years during her stint on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.   Teresa’s legal crisis manager, Wendy Feldman has joined the crowd, and has fired Teresa as a client.

E! News is reporting that the primary reason for the split is that Teresa has  submitted a letter to the judge requesting that she serve her sentence at Danbury Federal Prison in Connecticut, to allow visitation with her children.  Danbury Federal Prison is the inspiration for the Netflix series, Orange is the New Black.  She did this without Feldman’s knowledge or permission, and that was NOT acceptable to Feldman, who has been with Teresa over the course of her lengthy legal battles.

“Sadly, my time with Teresa and has come to an end. My client relationships are very important to me, however today’s filing regarding Teresa’s Bureau of Prisons designation request was not done with my knowledge or input,” Feldman exclusively tells E! News.

It appears Teresa had crossed the line.

“I am not the consultant referred to in filing. This is clearly not the first time my advice has not been followed, but this is the time where the stakes are the highest,” Feldman continues.

My theory is that Teresa was counting on Wendy’s guidance to get her out of prison time, and Teresa probably considers her advice a bust. She has most likely launched into survival mode in hopes of lessening the blow of being separated from her four daughters. As the January 5th surrender date creeps closer, my guess is that Teresa is willing to try anything, and she is probably tired and dismissive of what she perceives as failed hand holding. That attitude didn’t fly with Feldman, so she ended the relationship.

“My ultimate responsibility is to all of my clients, not just to Teresa. I’m hopeful that, at some point, a change occurs and rehabilitation begins. My thought and wishes will always be with her children.”

This may have been a case of Teresa calling her own shots now…whether that is a wise decision or not is yet to be seen. Stay tuned.

Oh my wendy did you got paid in advance? ???

    • Hey hon. So sorry, we haven’t catched up. Let’s chat this weekend.

      • italiano bambino

        Sounds good babe

  • Karma

If tre true intention was to be close so that it’s easier for her girls to visit her I don’t see anything wrong with that.

IMO Wendy has just got her nose outta joint

    • MorningYawn

I agree. It might have been a shot in the dark for her but what is the harm in trying. I don’t like T but I don’t think Wendy did sh!t for her in the first place… Unless t ignored all her advice which wouldn’t surprise me!

      • chacha1

but look what Wendy has to deal with !!!!

        • MorningYawn

          For sure!

    • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Okay but here’s the problem. Brooklyn & Manhattan are much, much closer to New Jersey than CT or WV. So WTF? *Shrugs*
It’s not a ‘camp’ setting though. & she may run into some real ghetto princesses.

  • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Looking at Teresa’s reactions to her lawyers after court it’s not surprising now that she’s probably blaming Wendy Feldman too. It’s always everyone else’s fault as far as Teresa is concerned. I bet thinks she doesn’t have to pay them now either.

    • chacha1

she will have to pay eventually and the more she pisses off the attorneys the worse it is going to be for them .. they think they are so slick, they will do their time in prison and then when they get out they will have everyone going after them for money …. tick tock Teresa and Joe… Karma finally got you and will continue to bite you for years to come

      • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Teresa will just continue to make things a whole lot worse for herself. She will never understand what she has done.

  • michey

Teresa will continue to try and manipulate the system until the very last second. Once again she proves she still thinks she can call the shots

  • TartLemon

Wait… You mean Teresa has had professional guidance until now and
STILL said/did all that stupid shit (ie. cash only no receipts)? I
can’t wait to see what Teresa comes up with on her own now. I get the
impression her attorneys are SOOOO glad to be rid of her.

After reading the bio of this new attorney, Stacy Ann Biancamo, I’m beginning to believe Teresa is actually going to try and appeal this sentence. The next judge may decide to double or triple the sentence. Ignorant move, Teresa.

Instead of all this money going to legal appeals and attorneys to satisfy her narcissistic entitlement, Teresa should be using it to find suitable downsized housing.

    • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Wendy seems to be saying that Teresa ignored some of her advice over their time together with her “This is clearly not the first time my advice has not been followed” comment. Can you imagine being a lawyer/advisor/accountant to the Giudices? Between not disclosing full facts and then claiming no one told them to put assets down or that they might be going to jail they would be a complete nightmare.

  • TartLemon

Been craving pork lo mein all night. Still 6-7 hrs till the buffet opens. Don’t want to settle for frozen.

    ~~ALAS~~

    • Jennymckitty

That sounds so horrible at 8 am when the only thing I can think of is coffee. I’m sure that at 11 it will sound much better. Good luck on your quest, my friend.

  • TartLemon

I wonder if this has anything to do with the reports a few days ago about Wendy Feldman authoring a book about Teresa’s story? Teresa did say she was going to get better advice about contracts. I never quite understood Wendy’s role in all this. Once a con artist, always a con artist. That goes for Teresa too.

If Teresa has such a poor knowledge of contracts, how in the HELL could she have been a buyer for Macy’s?

    • Jennymckitty

After Wendy’s Twitter rant against Nancy Grace, I wondered how helpful she really was. I’ve read that Wendy said she was successful because she got their sentence divided, but that really isn’t uncommon for a couple with children. I’m sure that Teresa feels let down by Wendy as she is going to prison and her businesses are tanking. I’m sure that Wendy is disappointed because she didn’t get the positive publicity she was after. In the end, they are both better off. Teresa needs someone who isn’t using her for publicity and Wendy needs a client that will take her advice.

      • chacha1

That is not a unique situation … google Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife Sandy, they are both doing prison time but she will go in when he gets out in
2-1/2 years .. they have young children also

      • TartLemon

I don’t understand how Wendy Feldman, a CONVICT herself, has any sway over the court system. So, the Judge had a sit-down with WF before sentencing? I don’t think so.

        • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

I would think because Wendy is a “Crisis Manager” she has had many occasions (& probably some connections) in dealing with the BOP.

          • TartLemon

            BOP?

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

            Bureau of Prisons.

  • Nancy Sue

I can’t imagine Joe going in and out of a prison to visit Teresa, I would not want young children visiting prison as well. Stick with Skype, and get it over with T.

  • TartLemon

Item elsewhere says Gelato company dropped Teresa last week. Merchants didn’t want to stock the products because customers ultimately didn’t want it and some were boycotting stores because of it. Also said Teresa was extremely rude and unprofessional to deal with.

Some inmate (at least one more likely a few) will prod and provoke until they get a rise out of her. Even the white collar non-violent ones will use complete sentences and vocabulary above Sesame Street level thus provoking her because the narcissistic Teresa will see it as only being done to make fun of HER. Any polls on how long before she blows in prison?

    • chacha1

Oh is this the same Teresa who said to Andy on WWHL “people come up to me and say you are sooo nice” and I say “what do you mean (in that screech voice)” and they say “well you are so mean on the show” Such a bunch of bullchit … Teresa is always lying and trying to sell herself as a nice person and has proven over and over to the viewing public what a mean nasty bitch she is …

  • TartLemon

Anyone else have DishTV? CNN, HLN and all Turner Broadcast channels are gone in contract disputes. Hope it’s back soon.

  • charma

It wouldn’t be the judge’s decision anyway where she goes?

    • Jennymckitty

I think it is the BOP decision. They try to chose an appropriate facility close to home but ultimately it comes down to where they have available space.

  • Norrth

My guess is that Giudice is trying to link herself to the show as a way of hitting a “publicity tour” on the way out of the “OITNB” prison. So transparent.

  • jane

Choosing Wendy Feldman as a crisis manager/pr representative was a poor choice to begin with. Bringing Wendy on also brought along her own personal baggage, including her own conviction. Teresa should have gone with someone with an unblemished reputation who would be respected. She has a big mouth and leaked information and I don’t think she is respected within the legal system.
Frankly, I don’t blame Teresa for requesting Danbury and I do not believe it has anything to do with the fact OITNB is based on that facility. Skype and/or Facetime is probably not an option in prision and I really believe Teresa wants to be able to see her children. Not exactly the best of circumstances but I think the girls will be much better off being able to visit with their own mother and know she is okay, instead of having little or no contact with her for over a year. It’s just one less stressor on them. Going to visit Teresa will be difficult, no doubt, but kids have great imaginations and not knowing how or where their mother is and not beig able to see her, in my mind, is far worse and damaging.

    • Jennymckitty

I agree with you, Jane. I’ve never been a fan of Wendy. She took this job for the publicity and she made certain she got it. I don’t think the arrangement benefitted either of them.

Prison visits are costly…in both time and money. The only thing she is thinking about is being as close to her family as possible so they can visit frequently. The facility may be less desirable but she is primarily focused on location.

      • chacha1

so now Teresa thinks about her dawters …. 10 years too late btw

        • jane

I know Teresa hasn’t been the best mother but she does love her girls. Alot of damage has already been done to them and it will take Teresa the rest of her life to make it up to them and even then it will be difficult. But at the end of the day she IS their mom; the only one they will ever have. They are still young and impressionable, even Gia, to a certain extent, and it is far better for the girls to see their mother and know where she is then allowing their imaginations to run wild for over a year. I look at my grandkids who are about the same age as the three younger girls and I can’t even imagine a child that age not being able to have contact with their own mother for a whole year. For the girls’ sake, hopefully Teresa will take the judge’s admonitions to heart and turn her life around. Having grown up with a recovering alcoholic, I don’t believe in “never too late”. I believe we all, throughout our lives until the day we leave this earth, have the ability to change.

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

See Jane but there’s the rub. You HAVE to want to change. I honestly don’t think Tre does. She still thinks & feels that this was done TO her, not caused BY her. She still refuses to accept the role she played in destroying her fambly. If she can’t even admit her own guilt & culpability then how can she grow or learn for her mistakes enough to change? Jmho.

          • jane

I understand what you are saying and you are right. It really is a choice. But even if she doesn’t accept her own role in what has happened to her family maybe she can accept that what has happend has had a profound affect on her girls. That might be the catalyst for her to try and make things right for her daughters. She is certainly a very flawed human being and in her mind, is a victim of circumstance, but I think in her heart, she does realize this situation has hurt her kids regardless of how and why and she will try to make things right by them.

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

I hear ya Jane. But if she doesn’t acknowledge & accept her responsibility in her mistakes, isn’t she bound to repeat them?

          • jane

Yes! Very possibly but she’s got over a year to ponder that and hopefully come to the realization just exactly what her role in all this was. Those nights in her cell will be very long and give her alot to think about. As she goes through those months, and visits with her daughters and sees how this all affects them, it will definitely give her even more food for thought. Teresa is selfish but I do believe in her heart she does want to make things right for her kids. She is also going to have to step things up when she gets out as a single mother for her daughters’ sakes. As a mom and most of us here are, we all know how powerful the love we have for our children can be, the strength it can give you when you need it, and the resolve it can give to make sure to do what is right by your kids. How many times have we seen the tenacity of a mother “lion” who will do everything to protect her “cubs”. Teresa does see how this has affected her kids whether she understands her role or not, and I do think, as a mom, she will make the effort to change how she goes about her life going forward. I do believe Teresa’s love for her girls will override everything and will see her through. Like I said, Tiger, I believe anyone has the ability to change 🙂 I hope I am not wrong in this instance as I believe the children are the real victims here.

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

I completely agree Jane. Except for one sentence. “Teresa does see how this has affected her kids.”
Tre is still blaming others for her poor choices, bad decisions & her lack of morals & character. I too hope she will change, not only for her sake but for the sake of her children. They deserve better. Much better.

          • chacha1

Teresa loves her dawters, okay I will give her that, however, before this was exposed about her criminal activities her dawter Gia was always telling her to shut up, pushed her, and constantly glaring at her mother with very angry eyes and is so disrespectful to her elders …. Milania is bat chit crazy and needs to settle down, Gabriella hides and seems withdrawn … oh well !!! JMO

          • jane

I look as the Giudice girls as being raised by a single parent already as Joe has already admitted he is not very hands on. I agree that Teresa’s girls have not had the best parental guidance; the worst being that their parents are now going to prison the great role models they are. But it’s not the kids’ fault they are the way they are. It brings to mind that most of us start out the same way lying in a little isolette in a hospital baby nursery and then we are taken home to begin our journey through life. Look to the parents and I know you have and that is where the fault greatly lies. I am a child advocate. Always have been and always will be and I don’t give up that a child can be turned around. I will never blame a minor child for not having the right tools set before them to use in order to grow up to become a good human being. I have seen kids worse than Milania, teenagers who do far worse than Gia has ever been shown to be who have grown up to be good, responsible adults. As far as the Giudice girls are concerned, they have a long and tough road ahead of them and the only thing I can do is hope for the best for them. Only time will tell.

      • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

But then why CT or WV? Brooklyn & Manhattan are much, much closer. & Juicy doesn’t have to drive at all. They can take mass transit.
Bet Brooklyn & Manhattan MDC scare the shit outta her though.

        • Jennymckitty

Are they minimum security federal prisons?

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

As far as I know. Just not a camp setting because they are in the boroughs.

          • Jennymckitty

Ok, just looked it up. It houses both men and women of all security levels. It may not be the best place for her..

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

As far as Tre is concerned, I’m sure it’s not. As far as reality is concerned it’s closer & much more easily accessible to her family. Why make her girls drive 3 or 4 hours, (with the possibility of a drunk driving them), if they don’t have to? Cause Manhattan & Brooklyn look like REAL prisons & I’m certain Tre thinks she will have an easier time with the inmates in CT or WV.

          • Pinky Pie

Can u imagine bring those daughters to a real prison to visit their mother? Holy cow, it would be a whole other version of scared straight. What loving mother would ask for a weekly visit? If the daughters want to visit, that’s one thing, if Teresa is requiring it, that is another selfish move on her part.

        • jane

Doesn’t she have to be in a Federal facility? Manhattan MDC is not. There are differences also in the types of federal facilities. I believe the ones being talked about for Teresa are considered “correctional institutions” versus “penitentiaries” and would have to accommodate women.

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Manhattan is listed as Federal facility. (I could be wrong though.)

          • jane

I believe it is a NYC detention facility. Interesting factoid: Part of this prison was named the Bernard B. Kerik Complex until Mayor Bloomberg removed the name after Kerik was convicted.

          • jane

Yes, you are right. It is a federal facility.

    • Dani-K

I agree, too. Danbury is closer to her home. I heard that she actually might get assigned to a prison in West Virginia. She said on Watch What Happens that she wants Joe to bring the kids twice a week (which I don’t agree with) but that will be very difficult in West Virginia.

      • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Uhmmm, yeah. Cause Juicy’s gonna drive 3 to 4 hours each way twice a week.
Oh I would feel oh so comfortable in the knowledge that my husband who has an admitted drinking (& driving), problem is driving MY kids around!

        • Dani-K

And then there’s that. The admitted drinking problem. Maybe Amber can drive the kids, if she promises not to cry all the way home. But seriously folks, sad situation all around. Joe might visit her once a week in the beginning, however, by the end of the 15 mos it’ll probably be more like once a month. JMO

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

” if she promises not to cry all the way home.” Truth! Too funny Dani.
I’m sure Kim G’s got a driver & an extra car. Probably a few extra cars. Like 3 or 4 or 10.

        • chacha1

Is Joe allowed to drive ???

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Up until they revoke his license, I believe he is.

      • chacha1

Teresa said Joe wanted to bring them twice a week but she said no, only once because they are busy with school activities

Where else but Google could you find a review on prisons?
For Manhattan MDC it says open 24 hours & there are 2 reviews! (I’m rolling here!)

    Here’s one….

OK Old school here. I went through MCC in 1975. The place was relatively new. I got my Federal number there. It starts with “01***-158, so that should tell you. I was dope sick and they detoxed me down with the 10mg Dolophine tablets. They were very easy about doing it for me. Brought them up to the floor I was on 3x a day. The visiting room was very lax and goodies came in from the v-room right into the unit. I was housed in the dorm units at that time Everything was fresh and clean, since the place was new. I finally got shipped out to Milan FCI in Michigan. Man, I hated to leave that place, but to tell you the truth, I was high the whole time there on the detox dope and it would’ve got old eventually. I was doing a 4 year bid for Poss. of Stolen Mail. I met some cool older Italian dudes there. It was my very first time in jail. I went right in from the street the day I got sentenced and these older gentlemen gave me some invaluable tips on how to conduct myself and I never forgot it and to this day after several other bids in three states totaling 14 years, I was able to come through each bid by doing it the right way, or as these old Italian guys said “stick with the white guys, never snitch and don”t mess around with gambling, the homos or the drugs and you’ll be alright. They were 100% correct.
    Here’s the other.

Hi Internet. I just got out of MCC a few hours ago. I am currently across the street at that deli with the computers you can rent per minute. I met so many cool people in MCC and we exchanged e-mail addresses, so here I am sending them an e-mail before I go home and make some Fake ID’s (Thanks Alexandrov!). Anyway, yea, MCC was awesome. Where else can you be surrounded by such brilliant criminal minds, get free shelter, food, room service, and even e-mail access (Thanks CorrLinks!). I met some great guys, shout out to The Real Big Homie, Made Off, The Trini, My dude Victor Bout That Life, and LulzSec!. The food was OK I guess…Tuna and Ice Tea, no complaints. Anyway, this cop is staring at me so I’m going to cut this review short. Shout out to West Philly Freck and GMG also!! Peace.

    & for Brooklyn MDC… Open from 12 to 6:30 & 2 reviews. One is blank. here’s the other one…

Yeah, what a Hallmark Moment that is going to be … taking her Dawters to visit her in prison … nice Teresa and Joe… real nice job of parenting you dirtbags

    • Pinky Pie

Yes, exactly! The daughters will be punished too. Not even a trial. No choice, you will be spending ever Saturday for the next year being frisked, sent through metal detector, and sitting in some dreadful room making mommy feel happy and important to your lives. Good mothering skills the book by Teresa Giudice.

  • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Totally O/T but hope it makes you smile.
    The cookie face race!

  • Jennymckitty

Joe is now waiting to serve his sentence. Is he going to be allowed to travel out of state to visit Teresa?

    • Chloe

I would imagine he needs permission from the judge. They’ll probably grant him permission because of the kids.

  • Chloe

Wendy Feldman went about this very unprofessionally. She knew Teresa was dumb as a box of rocks and entered into this agreement with the knowledge Teresa was not going to listen. Publicly firing Teresa in this manner does not look well for Wendy’s reputation.

    • Pinky Pie

It does not look good for Teresa either.

  • WestCoastFeed

Both Wendy and Teresa are looking bad after this. Does anyone have any information on Teresa’s new lawyer?

    • Is there any truth to that? What could a new lawyer possible do at this juncture?

      • WestCoastFeed

Yes, read NJ dot com for the story. The new lawyer penned the request.

        • jane

WCF – thank you for this lead. It led me to another story which you may have read, that said it is the Federal Bureau of Prison’s Designation & Sentence Computation Center in Grand Prairie, TX that makes the decision as to wh a convict serves after considering the type of crime, flight risk, previous convictions/history, and the judge’s recommendation as well as being within 500 miles of the convicts’ residence. It also depends on where there is room. Interestingly, Danbury is where Lauryn Hill served her time.

          • WestCoastFeed

Does the BOP make the final decision or do they make the recommendation to the judge who has the final say?

          • jane

I believe the BOP makes the final decison. Excellent article and lots of information on what can be expected for her next 15 months.

          • WestCoastFeed

Thanks jane. NJ dot com has been a terrific source for the Giudice news.

    • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Her new lawyer is Stacy Ann Biancamano. Wendy sounds like she really wants to distance herself from Teresa and I wonder if the new lawyer is rocking the boat?

      • I think that’s exactly what’s going on.

        • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Teresa is just making it all worse. She needs to go quietly.

  • itsjustme

I just read that Teresa has also asked that a good portion of her sentence be served in a half way house, which the prosecutors are vehemently fighting. Is this woman truly that dumb that she thinks she can petition the court to have her time in prison reduced to just 3 months and the rest of her time served in a half way house?
I am SO looking forward to seeing her on January 5. That walk of shame will be one I’m looking forward to seeing…lol

  • jane

Supposedly, Teresa’s new attorney is Stacy Ann Biancamano. She started her own law firm in April based in Chatham, NJ and is formerly a partner with the law firm of Arleo, Donohue, and Biancamano. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Peter’s College and earned her law degree from Seton Hall.

    • Thanks Jane. And what on earth can this new attorney do for Teresa? Tre lies at every turn, even up to sentencing day. There’s nothing any legal professional can do to help this hopeless cause.

      • jane

This Stacy apparently has over 2,000 federal cases under her belt. Teresa may be looking to her to plead her case before Judge Salas to consider Danbury as the place where she will be able to see her daughters.

        • The judge doesn’t decide where Tre serves her time, that’s up to the BOP (Bureau of Prisons). And not to mention, Danbury Federal Prison is not accepting inmates since it’s been under construction. Danbury’s female population has been moved to NYC prisons. If Tre is hoping for that then she more stupid than I thought.

          • jane

Yes, but the BOP takes the judge’s recommendation into consideration. It’s interesting that the facility is not accepting inmates. Wonder why then it is all over the media and internet that this is a possibility where Teresa could be sent.

          • Wendy Feldman is calling the request a stunt on Tre’s part. I think Tre was hoping the BOP would assign her to Danbury and Danbury would subsequently transfer her to a local NYC federal facility (the conditions are worse btw.)

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

According to Kevin Kelly’s review it’s the bomb-diggety of Federal prisons! LOL!

          • This made me LOL! I love that description.

          • Raine Woman

            Doesn’t that say something!!!!

          • Raine Woman

Oh Doc, I’m so happy to see someone else who’s aware of what’s happening in Danbury besides me.

Sorry, hate to break this to you…Teresa is way more stupid than any of us thought possible.

            🙂

          • Hi Raine Lady. You’re always one step ahead also. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Tre is a stunt queen, always trying to pull a damn stunt. This is going to backfire in her face.

          • Raine Woman

I wouldn’t say one step ahead, I’m just in the area so anything to do with Danbury prison makes the local news.

          • Gotcha!

This tidbit you gave me piqued my interest and I found that on Sept 3, 2014 a letter was sent to the Director of Federal Prisons Charles E. Samuels, Jr. signed by Senators Blumenthal, Murphy and nine others urging action on the renovations at Danbury. Excerpt as follows:

“What information is being provided to judges sentencing women to incarceration in the Northeast?
Are you providing female inmates who expect to be transitioned to FCI-Danbury with updates about the transition process?
            — If so, what form of notice is BOP providing and with what regularity?
            — If not, what are the reasons for withholding this information? Do you plan to provide notice in the future? In what form and with what regularity?”

            Interesting!!

          • Thanks for the GREAT info, Jane. Sounds like Danbury is doing their own thing and not communicating very well with the BOP and the courts. As it stands, they have transferred their women population to other federal pens. I see the stunt now that Tre’s new lawyer is pulling. I get it.

    • WestCoastFeed

Thanks, jane. I saw that she is a criminal defense lawyer. So, she is not the rumored divorce lawyer that some gossip site said Teresa was shopping for.

      • jane

Biancamano looks to have been very successful in representing clients in white collar fraud and from what I am reading about her, is a far better and much more respectable advocate for Teresa in getting her into Danbury, than Wendy Feldman ever could be. Wendy Feldman’s nose is probably out of joint but I don’t blame Teresa for going with Stacy over her.

    • RonnieIsBack

And again..what year did she pass the bar?

      I smell affordable representation…

Even if she is a partner, she probably hasn’t practiced more than 10 years…nothing to sneeze at but hardly a Johnny Cochran…

Tre is just tossing money out the window..again…

She needs to do her time and deal with it.

  • Why are we surprised? Teresa lives in her own protective little bubble. She’s never wrong. I like her but she will never wake up.

    • Hi Bre! 🙂

      EXACTLY!

  • WestCoastFeed

She has lost the gelato bars deal, too. Reportedly not only because she’s a felon, but also because she was rude and unpleasant to work with.

    • Raine Woman

Rude and unpleasant to work with? Color me shocked!

    • No surprise here. We all saw this coming. And the nerve of her not be nice to people. She’s her own worse enemy. She gets in her own way.

    • RonnieIsBack

Oh Dayum…folks parting ways from her quicker than the Red Sea..

    • Shy-ra

Is there an article somewhere about this? Would love to read it lol!

    • twifan2

      AND her stuff wasn’t selling!
IT was TOO expensive for you actually got!

  • Raine Woman

Teresa and Wendy were made for each but it’s no surprise they are now parting ways. They each used each other and now there’s nothing more to gain for either.

I am surprised Danbury is even in play at this point even though it is the closest geographically. A simple Google search reveals the problems currently going on there, esp. as it pertains to new female inmates and the “Camp.”

Danbury is also known for NOT wanting high-profile inmates. They’ve had their share of celebrity inmates but they didn’t garner the publicity someone like Teresa would. Danbury purposely shut their cell doors to Martha for just that reason.

I would love to see Teresa get assigned to MDC, Brooklyn just for thinking she can still dictate her future confinement.

    • jane

Leona Helmsley probably is the one that put them over the edge not wanting any more high-profile inmates. My uncle worked for that woman and she was a mean one.

      • Raine Woman

        That woman personified mean.

    • MDC and MCC are HORRID!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!! HORRID!!!!!

      • Raine Woman

Exactly, Teresa will fit in perfectly!

        • She’s so damn stupid. Bless her heart.

  • Pinky Pie

What is really sad, to me, is that Teresa thinks her daughters should visit her once a week. Really, because the mother is going to prison, 4 “beautiful daughters” need to have those memories of mom. So, let’s haul them into prison with mom? Those children will go from entitled brats to part of the prison scene. Teresa continually demonstrates that she comes first, not her daughters. Teresa is self serving and self centered. She isn’t thinking about how her daughters feel or what they want. It seems like she is afraid they will not need her.

    • WestCoastFeed

She demonstrated your point during the WWHL interview when she informed Andy that she had not told the younger girls. I was shocked. There’s no way that Gabriella and Milania were unaware of what was going on. She just let them suffer in silence rather than try to protect them from they were hearing in school.

      • chacha1

I totally agree with you WCF

      • RonnieIsBack

They know..hell Milania wrote the press release and Gabby sent out the tweets.

  • italiano bambino

        • HAHAHAHA! This comment is is for Tiger!

    • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Either that Ronnie or Grumpy Cat was gonna sue for copyright infringement!

  • WestCoastFeed

The prosecutors have replied and protested. ROL has their letter.

    • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

Sounds like this is what Wendy was afraid would happen. Teresa just can’t see when she is lucky.

      • WestCoastFeed

It’s the request for the half-way house that appears to be ticking the prosecutors off the most.

        • TheBeverlyHillsHaveEyes

No doubt it does, they had a deal, she needs to pay the piper.

        • jane

I can see where that would upset them. The letter reads that there is no objection to her being sent to a camp facility rather than an administrative facility. If that is the case, then the closest one is Alderson being that Danbury is no longer accepting prisoners due to construction and transitioning to a different type facility. The next closest camp is in Florida.

  • TartLemon

Teresa had the Judge won over until the financial submissions lies. From what I heard/read, the Judge tried like crazy to find a reason not sentence Teresa to any lockup time. She lectured Teresa, left for hours long breaks and came back and said more to Teresa. Judge did not want to do what she did. Teresa left her no choice. I truly get the impression there are some sealed documents.

  • WestCoastFeed

Wendy told Page Six how difficult Tre is. Can someone get quotes?

    • twifan2

      These, West?
“It’s important to note that the filing yesterday was not done correctly and in fact makes it look like one can just pick their prison,” Feldman explained about the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star’s request. “That’s simply not true. The Bureau of Prisons designates prisons and criminal history makes status of camp eligibility very clear.”
When asked how often Teresa, 42, refused her advice, Feldman said, “Many times in writing and verbally.”
Feldman added the Giudices will continue to look for “yes” people “til the end.”

      • twifan2

“A relationship takes respect and effort as well as honesty,” Feldman told Page Six Tuesday morning via email. “This relationship was filled with more problems than usual clients have because of the constant refusal of Teresa to accept responsibility for the smallest thing. This may be due to poor prior advice and so a coping mechanism or just plain denial. In any event, federal prison is no joke and must be navigated with extreme care. In the end that wasn’t done and so the relationship had to take a new direction. This is very sad. And after months of hard work not a decision made lightly. I wish it was different but I have other clients who need their interests protected as well.”

        • WestCoastFeed

Yes, thanks, twi. “constant refusal to accept responsibility for the smallest thing.” That’s our Teresa.

          • twifan2

            GO GIANTS! 🙂

          • WestCoastFeed

            BEAT KC!

          • ✿❀❁ Tigerlily ❁❀✿

Uuupppp. West, .KJ told me to tell you, GO ROYALS!

Please don’t kill the messenger! LOL!

  • She Stinks!

Bottom feeder felon Feldman can’t help herself. She loves the press and attention. She beat Tre at her own con game, and Tre fired her ass. She is so desperate to get an MSNBC or CNBC show, but she has no talent and lacks charisma.

  • Collen

OMG! can you imagine how poorly Tre’s request to Judge was written? On lined notebook paper in earasable ink, mistakes crossed off.

    • Hey Collen! Thank God for Tre, her new expensive lawyer wrote it for her. Lmao!!

  • Bonita Gee

Her Attorney Stacey Ann B. should NOT have let her submit that letter to the judge………. Should have advised her against it. Any who… after watching the last episode I’m can’t say I’ll be watching RHONJ any more…. I hate the way how FAKE everyone was acting crying over her sentencing, especially that FAKE ASS Jacqueline Laurita! Aaarrgghhh ”I TRIED to reach out to Teresa….” Whatever, NEXT!!

Move it along, movie it along, to the reunion…………. that’s right Teresa F*ck it – get up and walk off the set, everybody just gonna attack you any way and make the Reunion a “Teresa Lynching Party” Fake A$$ M*ther F*ckers!!

    • chacha1

Teresa has reaped what she has sown … she has been cruel to everyone on that show with the exception of that asshole Dina …. I hate that Kathy and Jac shed ONE tear over that criminal bitch ….. she would never give two shits about them ever
