Apollo Nida may be going to prison a married man, but may leave prison a divorced one!
As we previously reported, Nida pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud and on July 8th and was sentenced to 8 years in prison. His wife, Phaedra Parks, was not present for his sentencing, leading many to speculate on the state of their rumored marital problems.
Apollo did a radio interview with with Atlanta’s B-100 this morning and he’s blasting his wife for her lack of support. He tells the hosts, he’s still “salty” about how Phaedra treated him since he got charged.
Nida tells the B-100 crew that his legal troubles have affected his family life greatly, he described it as “hell.” He expressed that he asked God to forgive him, he’s remorseful and upset he let his sons down.
He then makes the next eyebrow raising comment:
“A lot of people could be held accountable but at the end of day it’s all me, I’m accountable,” who are these people you speak of Apollo, do tell? *cough
He’s going to pay back the $1.9 million restitution, which he was scheduled to originally pay back $14 million.
