Only one day after we reported Nancy Grace blasted Teresa Giudice for supposedly cheating the tax man, the convicted felon and Real Housewives of New Jersey “star,” is now claiming she plans to donate all proceeds (from the book sales at Kim D’s fashion show) to the charity.

Teresa’s PR or lawyer Teresa tweeted , “As I so often do, I’m donating all proceeds from selling my book at a recent event to the charity dear to my heart Nephcure Foundation.XO”

Well, it looks like Nancy Grace may have rattled Teresa’s cage along with Costco abruptly cancelling her Fabellini Bottle Signing event that was suppose to take place on Friday of this week.

Teresa’s claim that all monies (cash) collected will go to the Nephcure Foundation makes no sense and is highly questionable. According to the IRS, the person that purchased the book/autograph/pic would be required (by law) to be issued a receipt for their donation(s). However, Teresa’s team never issued receipts for any of the purchases. In the following video you can clearly hear the lady behind the table say “Cash, no credit cards.”

As you recall, Teresa Giuidce appeared as the “celebrity guest” at Kim D’s Posche Spring Soiree on March 19. According to guests who attended the event, Teresa charged $25.00 to have her book autographed and a photo with her. Guests were required to pay the $25.00 fee in CASH ONLY. No credit cards or checks were accepted…CASH ONLY. No receipts were issued to patrons and the cash was stuffed in brown paper bags like common street thugs.
