Phaedra Parks

According to RadarOnline, Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have separated as a couple. This comes as a result of Apollo’s bank and identity fraud charges. Allegedly, the couple has been living apart for weeks and have not been seen in photos since November!

It’s been rumored, Phaedra will not be representing her husband in his upcoming trial in March. Parks has been keeping herself busy promoting her book Secrets of a Southern Belle. Which is an ironic title considering, Mrs. Southern Belle was accused of being a criminal and a super freak according to allegations made by Angela Stanton.

Apollo Nida was charged with bank fraud and aggravated identity fraud on Friday 24, 2014. The news was made public by the U.S. District Attorney’s complaint filed in Atlanta on Thursday, Jan 23.  Apollo surrendered to US Marshals on Friday 24 and appeared in front of an US magistrate judge at the US District Court in downtown Atlanta.

Apollo is currently on state parole in Georgia stemming from a 2004 racketeering conviction which he served a 5 year prison sentence from 2004 to 2009.  His wife, Phaedra Parks, represented him in that case.

There may be something to this story since Apollo didn’t spend Valentine’s Day with his wife. Instead he was in the club partying with and groping unidentified females. All About The Tea reported this on Feb 17.

He recently confirmed on his twitter that otherwise, despite his wife’s busy schedule, he’s been staying mainly in Atlanta. Indeed, as Radar has reported, the terms of Nida’s bail require that he clear any out-of-state trips with the courts, and travel with a court-appointed supervisor.

The couple has also been staying away from social media. They both haven’t  posted pics of each other on Twitter in months.

This is sad news. Apollo needs his family now more than ever in light of the serious legal charges he’s facing. All About The Tea will keep on top of this situation. Stay tuned.
