married-to-medicine season 2

The distinguish ladies of Married to Medicine are back and we are excited!!!

Married to Medicine premieres April 6th at 9 p.m. EST. Mariah Huq, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Toya Bush-Harris and Dr. Simone Whitmore are all back this time around. Stuffy Kari Wells is out and newcomers, Lisa Nicole Cloud and Dr. Heavenly Kimes are in.

Dr. Heavenly is both a dentist and married to a doctor, and has been described as “larger than life.” The other newbie, Lisa Nicole, is a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer.

As for the doctors, life isn’t all roses. Dr. Simone realizes that her busy career and recent financial blunder has taken a toll on her marriage. And Dr. Jackie, a two-time survivor of breast cancer, is ready to finally experience motherhood, either through adoption or by using a surrogate with her biggest obstacle being her husband. Add to the mix the larger-than-life Dr. Heavenly Kimes, who is both a dentist and married to a doctor, and Lisa Nicole, a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer, and the result is a recipe for sass, class, and one of the most explosive—and brutally honest—confrontations yet. Watch a preview of the show below.

Mariah and Quad’s once inseparable friendship has unfortunately dismantled. This news disappoints us greatly. Those two together were amazing and threw shade like nobody’s business. Bloop! Their friendship made the show for us. Hopefully they can reconcile before the season ends. While Toya’s search for her dream home continues, her friendship with long-time friend Simone comes to a surprising halt.

Married to Medicine‘s premiere in March 2013 had more than 1.9 million viewers, which was the network’s highest-rated non-franchise/non-spin-off freshman series since 2003.

Friendship does not last on reality TV —- one trying to one up the other. Smh
Can’t ppl just get along—-no class at all
Dr, lawyer or whatever does make one classy—-that a behavior that is in one
A still tongue tots a wise head. Better to be seen then heard.

This is true. Friendship always start off strong and end badly. Same goes for marriages. Call it the curse of reality tv.

I’m not certain if I’m going to watch this season, at times something about that show made me cringe and uncomfortable.

I love this show and Mariah is my favorite. Sucks her and Quad are fighting.
